Pros:

Hours before our reservation, they sent a message saying we had to pay a cleaning fee to be admitted. You have no choice. We paid it, and no one came to clean it for the four nights we stayed. They told me it was "property rules." To me, it's a hidden fee. If they'd let us know about the cleaning fee from the start, you'd have the option to look elsewhere. The place is clean and newly remodeled. The pillows were too high for me.

All around great stay- well managed & great staff
Pros:

We stayed five nights at The Aloha Hotel and really enjoyed it! Our room had one queen bed we shared comfortably — super spacious, clean, and quiet. The updated bathroom was beautiful, and while we missed having a tub for our 3-year-old, she actually loved the cozy, glass-enclosed shower.

The kitchen had all the basics (even spices), and the closet had a fun Urban Outfitters vibe. The pool was great — we swam several times. Also, shoutout to Elliot for being so easy to reach and helpful with our extension. Great location close to downtown Chandler. Would definitely stay again!
