I got upgraded and allowed for super early check in. The ambience, the vibe, the staff, the facilities are amazing. Definitely will go back again for sure!
Clean, well run with exceptional service. Breakfast was top. Swimming pool clean with serviced bar and restaurant.
Lack of TV English channels
This would be the third time here and I was again very happy and impressed with the services provided by the whole team. Of course I met again with Ms Hana and the same conceirge team who helped me sending a parcel. The breakfast and sahoor was great and yummy. Theres a birthday wishes on the wall for my daughter so it was happy moments. The hotel team came over with a birthday cake as well. We truly appreciate it. The checkout time was extended since our flight was at night and the team was very accommodating.

The room is too dark. No body mirror. And its hard to put make up in the room. The face mirror is not sufficient.

The lobby was too small for peak season when the queues were long on every front desk officer.

Only stayed 1 night but everything was fantastic. Great hotel, lovely amenities, delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff (shoutout to Aul at the checkin desk). Gym had everything I needed. Loved the huge shower in particular! They also provide Bluetooth speakers in-room, which was a nice touch.
I had a connecting room during my stay and there was trouble with noise from the other guest during the night (not the hotel’s fault).
I chatted the hotel’s WhatsApp number and they handled everything very promptly, professionally, and moved me to another room when I requested. I felt absolutely accommodated for — thank you!
