Pros:

Très belle hôtel mais le lit catastrophique, la Tv fonctionne pas, petit dej il ajoute des choses en extra sans prévenir, moitié du personnel pas sociable du tout

Pros:

Öncelikle Genesis Hoteli uzun zamandır takip ediyorduk. Otel belki de Alaçatı'nın en lüks otellerinden biri. Konumu harika. Personel çok güleryüzlü. Özellikle Kayra bey'e ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Suit odada konakladık, oda her ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş ve konfor üst düzeydeydi. Sezon olmamasından dolayı otelin diğer olanaklarından, havuzdan yararlanamadık.Fakat yazında bu otelde konaklayacağız.

Otelin atmosferinden etkilendiğimiz kadar hizmet anlamında da çok memnun kaldığımızı söylemeliyiz. En başta Karya bey olmak üzere tüm ekibe güler yüzleri ve ilgi alakaları için teşekkür ederiz. Odalar konforlu, her detay düşünülmüştü. Spa, spor, havuz imkanlarına bayıldık. Konaklama koşulları haricinde kahvaltı da harikaydı! Sadece kahvaltı için bile tekrar tekrar gitmek istiyoruz. Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi ve araçlar için park alanı vardı. Yazında kolaylıkla keyifle konaklamak için harika bir tesis olduğunu düşünüyoruz.

An amazing hotel with passion for culturally-rooted hospitality and cutting-edge design and architecture! From architecture to interior and exterior design this hotel is stunning! Every detail is thought of nothing is missed in this hotel! There is a lovely spa as well as a generous sized swimming pool. Breakfast here is lovely with endless options as well as a great bar for cocktails and drinks throughout the day/evening! The staff here are all amazing and I would like to thank Gulbahar, Alperen and Aysu for making our stay an even more pleasant one! The staff are all are passionate about providing exceptional service and are ready to go that extra mile for anything you need. Definetly a 5* Hotel which should have global recognition!

The glass shower door was not working properly and floors was wet, very slippery and a huge safety issue but they didn’t care at all
