Lovely clean hotel.
Very friendly staff.
Good location.
Plenty of sunbeds.
Good size pool and pool bar.
Lovely room with mini bar.
Good variety of food however not much English food.
Choice of two A La Carte restaurants and a Patisserie.
Rooms served everyday.
Mini bar replenished everyday.

Travelled in a group of 15, mixed ages, male & female.

Will start off with positives -
Lovely new hotel, with lots of potential of becoming a great place to stay, good food choice and some nice members of staff (bar staff in reception area are so friendly & hospitable) big shout out to Maria who was so hospitable & lovely!!
Nice pool area with great animation team who are lovely. Very clean & tidy, always see cleaning going on.

Negatives-
Very geared up for German guests, many staff will turn their nose up when they realise you are not German & pretend they cannot understand you, many a time we were ignored by waiters and the pool staff, who would blank us to serve German guests sitting next to us, on many occasions they world converse with the German guests about us & then laugh etc. Staff at reception, older man in particular very rude, we had issue with some of our rooms which he did not want to address, kept using his hand to Sshh us away!! Myself & friend were given a room which was to side of hotel (no balcony) the room had a terrible smell of sewers/drains. We was not happy so went and complained, the receptionist staff were not happy but eventually offered us a total of 3 other rooms, they were all in the same position but different floors, all had same strange smell which was awful…we refused these rooms & were basically told there’s nothing they could do! We eventually had to pay to be upgraded to a room which was in a different position of the hotel!

Staff at the ice cream parlour very rude, young girl who had a face liked a slapped backside once she knew you were English,.,,,we took all our dissatisfactions to our ‘on the beach’ rep and also the hotels guest relation manager, who I must add was brilliant!! She took time to listen to us and we were offered free complimentary massages which was a lovely gesture. She must’ve had a word with the staff as we then noticed a vast improvement on how we were treated,

Our 2nd year here and we loved it again.

ATTENTION UK VISITORS- please disregard negative reviews relating to language etc. Yes, the hotel is very popular with German tourists so the staff will on most occasions use German as a default but we never had any issue communicating with staff once we explained we spoke English. Staff managed to understood us and we all have broad west of Scotland accents!

We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and would 100% come back here for a 3rd time.

Upon arriving at the hotel my sister and I experienced a very rude “ greeting” from Memet and Oksana on reception. All smiles when they thought we were Danish, that all changed when we said we were from the UK.
Bellboy Memet threw a strop because we didn’t wait and took our suitcases to the room. 23hrs travelling, I didn’t want to wait!!

Beach boy Kemal muttered “Awful country” whilst fussing over sunbeds on the beach.
The absolute worst behaviour came from Ahmed on reception who swore and shouted at me in front of other guests! Vile and racist man who should not be employed to put the bins out let alone work on reception.

Hotel is lovely but I would never go back nor would I recommend it.

Entertainment guys were good fun and took the time to talk us.

Tui rep Joanne and team were great and went above and beyond. Jada was also very helpful - Thank you.

Arrived late at night and was shown the room that’s mentioned in previous review 1018 next to men’s toilet awful room offered upgrade for £70 even tho that couldn’t have been only available I’m sure this happens often . All guests are German staff speak it fluent and no English
Hotel was clean food was average couid always find something but not 5 star more liked average 3/4 star drinks are cheap brands give you sore throat and you need to drink a gallon to feel any affects . Beach is miles away and not very nice to be honest very crammed !
Would we return defiantly not please don’t go here if you want a nice hotel for English berut andiz in side blows this out of water

Let’s start with the pros;

hotel was lovely and clean, some of the staff were pleasant and beds are comfy.

However, we could not wait to get home. Most of the staff are rude and do not speak English. We are from Liverpool and they could not understand a word we was saying even when we spoke slow. The food was horrendous, we ate out most nights. Would not recommend this hotel at all, everyone spoke German and most of the staff didn’t even make eye contact with you.

I recently stay at Stella Elite Resort, and my experience was quite mixed.
Room and Cleanliness:
I booked a standard room with a land view. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was severely lacking. When I attempted to settle in for the night, I found my bed linens covered in hair and strange stains. I reported this issue to the staff, but initially, their response was dismissive, questioning why I hadn't noticed it earlier. Eventually, they did change the bed linens.
Staff:
The staff's attitude varied significantly. While some were friendly and welcoming, others wouldn't even make eye contact, which made for a rather uncomfortable stay.
The location of the hotel is excellent. The beach is very pleasant and adds to the overall appeal of the resort.
Smoking Policy:
As a smoker, I was disappointed to be given a room without a balcony. This made it quite inconvenient, and I was reluctant to address the issue with the reception, fearing another negative interaction.
In summary, while the location and beach are great, the cleanliness issues and inconsistent staff attitude significantly detracted from my stay.

If you are British do NOT go there. Food is horrible just aimed at Germans,Russians and Turkish. People are so unfriendly it’s embarrassing. Most of the staff are so unfriendly and do not want to help or serve us say they cannot understand us. 1 animation guy was the only one who bothered with us and had a good laugh with us. Also the older guy on the pool bar was lovely. Entertainment was virtually non existent of an evening and just darts , jenga and pool exercise. There was an inflatable in the pool one day but nothing is ever advertised so you don’t know what is going on and we missed it as it was only there for an hour. Beach is small and not that nice just sections all along of other hotels water not clear. Beach bar was best food of the lot. We ate out most nights which is not good after paying for 5* luxury… rooms small , comfortable bed but no bed sheets just two towel like things to cover each person on the double bed. No English tv if you want to chill in your room just a French news station that is English and another euro one and neither give you any news about what is going on in England. Hotel is new and very clean just not for British people .they do not like us…You have been warned…

Clean rooms and great food options one of the best all inclusive hotels. Very pleased with all!
