Otelin yemekleri harika. Şefler, mutfak personeli, garsonlar ekmeginin hakkını veriyor. Oda temizligi harika. Çantalarımızı taşımaya yardımcı olan abi, muhtesem nazik dört dörtlük bir insan. Otele yatırım yapan, para döken insanlar, iyi bir vizyonla, güzel iş çıkarmış. Plaj personeli çiçek gibi. Pizzaları pisiren personel muhteşem ötesi. Gördügüm en iyisi. Yataklar rahat. Hamam bölgesindeki personel, çalışkan ve anlayışli. Ekmeginin hakkını veriyor....AMAAAA resepsiyonda 3 beceriksiz ve onlari denetlemeyen kimse artik herseyi berbat ediyor. Bunca çalışkan, özverili insanin ekmegine zarar veriyor. 1 Kadin (karsi masada oturup patronculuk oynayan bir kadincagiz) 2 erkek resepsiyonda bu 3 kabiliyetsiz, terbiyesiz, iş beceremez insanın yerine hemen birileri işe alınmalı ve kapı dışarı edilmeliler. Türk turizminin katili bunlar. Kisisel bir tecrübe de degil. Bu 3 şahıs müsterilerle şuursuz sekilde kavga ettigi için, plajda baska insanlar gelip benzer seyler yasadiklarini anlatti. Onlarla konusurken, 3. Baska bir aile de benzer seyi yasadiklarini söyledi. Umarim otel yönetimi aklı başında biri bu geridönütü ciddiye alır.

They did a repair to the room while I was staying, they didn’t offer to change room and didn’t finish the repair in the bath.

An unforgettable vacation! I would like to specifically commend the professionalism of the staff who made our experience so much more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ozz from the buffet for his kindness and attention, as well as to Sinan from Capella Bar, who always greeted us with positive energy and good vibes. Both are true professionals, they speak English well, and they handle everything in a very professional manner!
​I also want to highlight the excellent housekeeping service. Our room was kept perfectly clean every single day, the bed was always made, and supplies like toilet paper were consistently replenished. The cleaning team did their job 100%—thank you so much to everyone!"
​A special mention to the lady cooking at the buffet—she puts so much heart and soul into her cooking, and it was truly appreciated. Also, the team at the beach made us feel so welcome with their great reception. Thank you so much to everyone for such a wonderful experience! ⛱️"

Dear Management,

​I chose Stella Elite Resort & Spa for the high standards of comfort you promote, and although the resort has remarkable potential, I was disappointed by several issues that occurred during the first days of my stay.

​While I appreciate the promptness with which your technical team intervened to repair the malfunction of the toilet in my room, I believe that in a hotel of this category, such maintenance problems should simply not exist. A room should be impeccably prepared and inspected before check-in. Furthermore, I was deeply disturbed by a food hygiene incident: I found hair in the food served at breakfast.

​I must emphasize that I came here to relax and enjoy my holiday, not to worry about or deal with such operational failures. Although the culinary experience and services improved significantly afterward, these initial incidents overshadowed the beginning of my vacation.

​I am bringing this feedback to your attention in the hope that you will strengthen your quality control procedures—both in the technical department and in the kitchen—so that other guests do not have to endure such inconveniences.

Ein Hotel mit herzlichen Mitarbeitern, hervorragendem Service und vielen Stammgästen.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Eren vom Animationsteam sowie bei Mehmet, Fatih, Fevzi und dem gesamten Team, die immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam waren.

Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Besonders die große Auswahl an Kuchen, Torten und Desserts hat uns positiv überrascht. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war hervorragend – die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt und waren stets in einem einwandfreien Zustand.

Beeindruckt hat uns außerdem, wie viele Stammgäste seit Jahren immer wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren. Das spricht für die Qualität des Hauses und hat unseren positiven Eindruck bestätigt.

Cons:

Es gab keine größeren Kritikpunkte. Lediglich die Sauna schließt bereits um 18:00 Uhr. Etwas längere Öffnungszeiten am Abend würden den Wellnessbereich noch attraktiver machen.

Honestly, the place is beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious. The staff are very respectful and friendly. The beach is nearby, and there’s a shuttle service available if you don’t feel like walking, the minibar is replenished daily, which is nice touch Everything you need is within walking distance from the hotel, making it very convenient the thing I really liked is that the resort only accepts guests aged 16 and above. This helps maintain a very peaceful, quiet, and well-organized atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend

Cons:

It would have been even better if the bed blankets were thicker and more comfortable instead of the light sheets.to enhance the overall experience.

Отличный отель . Удобное местоположение, до пляжа неспешным шагом 7-10 минут. Пляж отличный , заход в море пологий, песок, вода чистейшая. Питание разнообразное и все очень вкусно. А персонал отеля выше всяких похвал. Очень предупредительный и доброжелательный . Номер большой, комфортный , вид на горы и частичку моря. Кровать очень удобная. С удовольствием приедем сюда снова.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit toller Strandbar

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dem Hotel. Wir waren vorher noch nie in der Türkei. Somit hab ich keine Vergleiche! Aber uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind bequem. Es ist überall sauber. Das Essen war super lecker. Die Strandbar ist sehr schön.
