Nice hotel! Super quiet all night, comfy bed

Everyone was very nice. Place was great. Small thing. It kept me awake. The pillows are awful. They look fluffy and comfortable but were like pancakes. Maybe put one of each. I slept on all 4.

All good. MIA AT FRONT DESK WAS AWESOME!

Room wasnt ready for check in for over 2 hours. Bedding was soiled with what appeared to be blood. At 2am a crowd returned and partied in the hallway couldnt sleep. Overall esthetics was pleasent, modern and updated but staff..left something to be desired.

Everyone was Friendly & helpful. Room was clean and did not smell. Nearby shopping was great.

Our family was very pleased with our stay at Hampton Inn. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, The Hotel was clean and very comfortable to be in. The bedrooms were spacious and pleasantly decorated.

The staff was friendly and accomodating from the time we walked in til we departed. The breakfast was delish with lots of options. The pool was clean and fun. The rooms are a decent size with handicap ones available. We saved money on pet sitter because they accepted our dog for a small fee. What impressed me the most was the friendly staff.

It was not very pleasant to see the lobby of the hotel occupied by neighbor residents congregated at the lobby for socialization. Everything else was excellent.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were welcomed by two lovely young women. They were very friendly and chexk in was a breeze. The room was clean , well equipped and quiet. The facility well maintained. The continental breakfast was very good. We would stay again!

We enjoyed a wonderful, easy stay here. The decor was modern with nice color palates. Our room was clean and quiet, comfortable bed. All positive and would recommend.

It was clean and property was well maintained

This Hampton Inn seemed a little off their game compared to others I have stayed in. Shampoo and conditioner in our room's shower completely out. During breakfast, cooked eggs ran out and not replaced for quite a while. Breakfast staff person seemed a bit unhappy and the early morning front desk person was working 2 hrs past the time he was supposed to be relieved and did not seem very happy either (don't blame him for this and felt bad for him). Maybe we just caught everyone on a very busy weekend. Am still a Hampton Inn fan and would rather stay here than elsewhere.

Not the normal Hampton Inn that I stay in. My room, remote did not work and I had to go to front desk. The light was burned out in bathroom. Shade missing on bedroom light. Hallways needed vacuum. Front desk staff at check in not friendly.

Shikita was very good and helpful

Breakfast was Delicious and they were sweet to give us a traveling bag of snacks upon check out.

I liked that it was modern. During my stay there was a thunderstorm that cut the electricity. Partially restored hours later (no fault of the hotel). However, a couple of things that can be improved is the fan in the bath wasn't working and the small fridge that was in the room.
I was in room #406
