Pros:

Perfect size for my family of 4. Full kitchen helped keep food cost of our trip down significantly.

Cons:

Kitchen supplies not super-well stocked if you plan to cook or eat more than something you heat up, but we're adequate for light cooking/heating up for the 3 days we stayed.

Not as advertised and extremely unsafe. Not worth the stay.

The only thing I can say I liked about the property was the location.

Cons:

It was advertised to have a patio and sitting area that made it sound like it was a private patio. There was no patio. If you smoke you have to get on an elevator that doesn’t always work. Then find somewhere outside to stand. There isn’t an ice machine nor a vending machine. There is one elevator and one way out for everyone. If there was a fire it would be devastating there is no way everyone would make it out.

The room online showed no carpet just hard surface. The section where bed was in our room had carpet. We were somewhat disappointed as website showed one type floor throughout. That was a big reason we chose to stay there. One other disappointment we had to leave early the next morning around 7:30 and there no one working to check us out. We left key in box we retrieved it from and hoped everything was ok as we were told we would need to show ID and a credit card. That was strange. We called though and finalized everything. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there. First time we ever stayed at your property.

Pros:

The property had a very unique feel to it. I really enjoyed the courtyard in the center. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The full size kitchen with separate lounge space separate from the bedroom was really nice. I would stay there again.

Overall it was okay
Pros:

I enjoyed the rooms and how they had an oven in the room so that we could cook. They also had all the plates and cups you needed so it was nice that we didn’t have to bring our own

Cons:

The staff was okay how ever I didn’t enjoy the fact they never gave me the deposit back. We left the room in good shape. And I couldn’t attempt to get the refund if I didn’t have an invoice and when I had asked for one they never sent it back. So it was a bit of a bummer but I didn’t pay that close attention to it untill a little later. So that was my fault on that
