I would definitely stay again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The pictures online are exactly what the rooms look like. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Plus there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Location is perfect.

Cons:

The laundry room was very hot and when I used one of the washing machines it did not work. There was no out of service sign on it. Although it was not a big deal.

My stay was disappointing. There were no blankets or pillows for the pull‑out couch, and the staff member reacted poorly

A rude staff member. The sink fell out of place. Cleanliness was poor. Staff is not on site 24/7. The gym smelled funny.

Overall it was really nice. The staff was exceptional.

Nice and clean!

Cons:

Water in the passage way to my room when I arrived and it was still there when I left. I was afraid of slipping and falling because I was using a cane!

It was very difficult to lock the door and had to get assistance to help with it.

It was OK for the value.
Pros:

The layout of the room was convenient for two people who wanted separate sleeping space.

Cons:

There weren’t sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sleeper sofa. Had to request. The coffee machine was missing a part. The mattresses (bed and sleeper sofa) were uncomfortable. The floor felt sticky.

Comfortable stay, need to work on guest experience and staffing

The location is great. I love the spacious rooms and how quiet it is.

Cons:

The manager was rude and seemed bothered every time I spoke with her. Maybe they are short staffed because she was working the desk. I asked for towels and offered to wait on them to which she said no she’d bring them because she had to go find some. She never brought the towels. I went down the next day and a housekeeper was much friendlier and went and got my towels while I stood there and waited no issues at all. I asked for a late check out due to travel delays and the latest they offered was 12. They do not offer a late checkout fee they just charge you for another full day which is very inconvenient.

Pros:

The housekeeper was amazing!!

Cons:

Shower curtain was filthy at the bottom.. Too many rules, quiet time wasn’t quiet.. Water wasn’t hot, slow drain in the shower and sinks.
