Pros:

Nothing to wash the dishes with, no soap, no cloth, only a old smelly scrubby. Nothing to wipe the floors with when you bring back sand from the beach. Can only use the ladder to get in/out of the pool, no convenient stairs... No elevator to reach the rooftop 6th floor. Communication was not easy in English. The codes weren't sent the day before as described and didn't have call signal to receive them. Used a friend's phone to call and expedia's reference number was wrong. Had to get it from the direct website. Didn't feel well managed.

Pros:

The property is being run as an Airbnb; therefore, no room service (daily cleaning). There was no indication on the Expedia website that it was not a hotel but an Airbnb. The lady who cleaned the public areas was not friendly at all. Most of the time the Internet did not work or was very slow.
All in all, I would not stay there again.
