The reception is great and very big and the people also is very nice and it’s very close to the airport. That’s really nice building is new. Everything’s good about it. Thank you.

séjour très agréable dans ce bel hôtel.
Pros:

Personnel très professionnel et à l'écoute notamment Valentin qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a expliqué beaucoup de choses sur Genève.

Quick but very nice.
Pros:

We arrived for a night before an early flight. We had a nice light dinner and a drink before heading to bed. It was a comfortable, but short, night of sleep. The transportation to the airport was efficient and so helpful.

Stay was short.

Great hotel in a great location for Geneva
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. The staff were polite, professional and helpful. The room was nice well decorated and very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel. While the food on offer was good the majority of hot food was not replenished or cold when I arrived at breakfast.

Pros:

Rooms were super clean and all staff members are very friendly. Hotel is located near the airport and free shuttle from airport to hotel is available which was a plus. We were visiting to explore the city so the tram ride was approx. 16 minutes to the centre and hotel provided free transport card which was appreciated. Overall I would recommend it.
