Overall, the room was dirty and bed was uncomfortable. Would not stay again with that kind of price

The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on, the pillows were flat. The room was dirty, it looked like nobody swept or vacuumed one area in the room. There was large yellow stain splatters on the curtains. Very visible.

Very nice historic hotel in downtown area with great staff!
Pros:

Delicious breakfast with menu selection and table service; not buffet. Price per room for the breakfast is a good value as it includes all guests.
Staff is very courteous and seeks to resolve any questions/issues. Nice snack & drink selections in "mini market" lobby area. Very efficient valet service available via texting.

Cons:

Parking was expensive @ $40. per night. {Understandable as it's a downtown location) Microwave turntable in room was broken and sliding shower door only stayed closed if we wedged a towel in the track.

Overall it’s a Nice Hotel, Staff was GREAT!! Nice Room loved the balcony

the shower needed cleaning a tad bit better, hair was on the shower wall and the floor liner could have been a little cleaner …and NO POOL
