Would not book another reservation.
Pros:

Location ok. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

I was not given the room I initially booked. Plus I had to wait for an available room after my arrival. I was given a handicapped room instead. No place to sit other than one uncomfortable office chair or sit on the bed. Couldn’t take a shower without water splashing out all over the bathroom floor.
Valet parking was a mess. Long waits for car and cars parked in front all day which made going and coming a huge hassle.

Pros:

Location was very good. Central, so I was able to walk most places! Although I didn't use it, it was nice to have a bar and breakfast available in the hotel!

Cons:

Housekeeping is optional, asked for service, did not receive it! Would like to have been told that there was no parking and valet parking is $40 per night!

Won’t stay again due to parking
Pros:

Beautiful property, extremely clean, always smelled nice and the rooms looked very new.

Cons:

Valet and parking, having to pay for parking was so inconvenient and the valet service was horrible. We requested our vehicle for 7:00, first in queue and the staff was late to work. We had an emergency and needed to leave and was on our way to get our own vehicle when the employee arrived to work at 7:28.

Fantastic overnight stay. Great value close to town.
Pros:

Close to downtown and very convenient parking nearby at Liberty Street Garage. Only cost us $10 overnight. Staff were friendly. Hotel feels fresh and clean. Very comfortable bed. A great overnight stay.

Cons:

One of the bedside sockets didn’t work.
