Great property and even better staff!
Pros:

The breakfast are was well located, and very attentive staff on hand during breakfast hour. Good food selections, and the dining area was very neat and clean.

I arrived late on Sunday, and the check in was handled in an awesome manner by Kat. Very helpful and set me up in a ground floor room so my dogs had easy trip outside. Thanks Kat!

Awesome time for Derby weekend
Pros:

Had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel for the Kentucky Derby. They made sure that there was plenty of events going on all weekend and it was a very easy walk right to Churchill Downs. The staff was amazing, friendly, and all of the personal touches that they put into it made the trip that much better.

Very satisfied with the hotel. Will stay here again for next year's show.
Pros:

The breakfast was clean and had everything necessary, but it wasn’t very plentiful.
The location is great—there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to the convention center.
I’m really satisfied with the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.
The hotel shuttle driver, named Joe (I’m not sure of the exact spelling), was extremely friendly and helpful. He really improved my impression of Louisville, making it much more positive. He was incredibly kind.

Cons:

The elevator button on the first floor sometimes gives a slight electric shock. I'm not sure if it's just me or if the button has a small leak, but I get shocked fairly often.Please have it checked.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The rooms are awesome and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location near the fair grounds
For working the state fair and other events there. The full hot breakfast is also a plus too.
