Wouldn’t stay again or recommend the place.
Pros:

The size of the room was great.

Cons:

The breakfast selections was cold. There was dog poop lined the sidewalk. My refrigerator made a loud humming noise for the full weekend.

Pros:

My ratings should not reflect the hotel, but booking.com. I was unable to stay at the hotel for reasons below. I was forced to rate the hotel before i could submit this survey.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with booking.com I arrived after dark and was told that the room was not available and booking.com should have contacted me. I checked my email, and booking.com notified me after 3:00...after I had left my office and on the road to Louisville. Booking.com had my phone number on file but I see no record of them trying to get ahold of me. It was after 8:00PM when I arrived and the front desk could only tell me that booking.com booked me at another hotel. I had no way of knowing what hotel that was and no way to find out. Being alone, I got in my vehicle and found a room at the marriott, just up the road. This was my experience with booking.com

It was a good stay as always
Pros:

I love the rooms. I love the location. Everything is really clean and that’s very important to me and my family. We stay here a lot.

Cons:

What could be better is your breakfast the food quality isn’t that great we usually go out all the time. And your food in the lobby is really expensive.

Awesome! Great large room, nice bed linens, kind professional staff.
Pros:

Good variety of options. The oatmeal was awesome especially with all the toppings. The breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. Great people.

Cons:

My husband wanted sweet rolls, he was a little disappointed.

Came for a dance competition , spent the night, had breakfast with our son and his wife in Jeffersonville. Good trip
Pros:

Very nice. Looked new. Easy access to 65 North.

Cons:

In the dark it looked like it was in a shady area of Louisville

Cons:

I don't like when you pay for a room that parking isn't included. Also there wasn't an indoor pool, so not much for us to do during down time.

I love the bigger rooms for a family of 5.
Pros:

I loved the breakfast. The lady who actually made the eggs, made them perfect. The male that was working the breakfast was so nice.
