Pros:

Excellent location and spacious rooms with decent break fast. Ms. Connie provided excellent guidance and arranged a Car for us for the city trip. It was a seamless and smooth experience interacting with her.

Old property, need maintenance. It is lacking basic amenities like hand towel. The money paid does not worth the quality experienced.

The staff of this property is the highlight of this property.
Pros:

The staff was the main highlight of the property may it be the housekeeping, reception and the restaurant which made our stay worth visiting. Extremely happy to have been served so well by them.
The room is quite spacious and well equipped. It is one of the largest rooms in Goa at the price offered.

Cons:

Very disappointed with the breakfast which had very limited options no live counters. As said earlier only the staff put few efforts to make you feel comfortable. The food in buffet was very average.

Pros:

the property is centrally located and its very easy to commute from the hotel to anywhere. most of the commercial places and beaches are located at a 15 mins drive From this property. The staff is sweet and friendly.

Cons:

the service can be a little better. The resort cum restaurant is under staffed, and the delivery of food items from the cafe or restaurant is delayed. Menu of the restaurant is very limited and can be widened. expect better food quality.

Pool was nice but feel it's too overpriced .u can get better hotels in kuch cheaper rate in goa

Cons:

U have mentioned baga / Calangute for this hotel but its far away in anjuna. Too far away from the beaches ..also they should make breakfast complimentary at least for this price if they are charging so much

Pros:

Check in was quick... the front desk - Receptionist.. are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served was good... Had many different options in buffet... also they served us fresh made omelet when requested.
Swimming pool is also good..

Cons:

Kids wanted to see a movie... but they didn't have the option to pay and view ... I feel they should have an account which can be used by guests.. and they can charge us for that..
