Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Most guests report very clean rooms and facilities, but at least one guest reported a persistent urine odor in corridors/room that lowered the score slightly.
Service
9
Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful (several shout-outs), though one mention noted an unpleasant receptionist.
Location
9
Frequently praised for an excellent location — close to markets, beach, night market and convenient for transfers.
Room Quality
8.3
Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and some spacious, but others found rooms small, wished for larger rooms; one disliked the sink placed outside the bathroom.
Amenities
8.6
Good amenities overall — nice rooftop pool and helpful facilities; some negatives include no hot water for one stay, limited Netflix functionality and a pool described as small to swim laps.
Value for Money
8.9
Multiple guests call it excellent value or a great mid-priced option; minor surprise extra charges for bath oils noted once.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is consistently described as varied and delicious and is a clear positive across reviews.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall very positive with many recommending and planning to return; isolated issues (odor, room size, occasional service hiccup or hot water) temper a perfect score.

I booked this hotel as a treat for my birthday and I didn’t mention it to staff but they surprised me with a little set
Pros:

The location was great a lot of restaurants and cafes around. There’s also a family business across the street that does laundry which is handy for a long stay. Had everything needed in the rooms and breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff are super friendly and welcome

Чудесно!
Pros:

Расположение к морю, к главным выездным дорогам, к аэропорту. Ресторан и завтраки. Внимание и отзывчивость персонала выше всех ожиданий! Балкон в номере для меня важен! Здесь он был красивый, не соприкасался с соседними номерами.

Cons:

Непривычно что ванная комната стеклянная, дверь без замка, а раковина вообще в комнате.

It was a good stay. Lovey location, great view and good breakfast. The swimming pool was good too.
Pros:

Staff and location and the size of the room.

Cons:

The room not as clean as we expected. There were a lot of ants on the table when we arrived. The room was abit smelly, so we had to open the window most of the time.
