Cómodo, amplio, limpio y muy nuevo.
Pros:

Me gustó que era muy tranquilo. Las habitaciones, las camas, la cocina genial... El salón me pareció bien en cuanto al comedor pero la zona de TV sofá era algo justa. Solo 3 plazas cuando el apartamento puede alojar a mas personas.....

Las indicaciones para el acceso fueron estupendas y fáciles de seguir.

Cons:

El internet funcionaba fatal, al menos en su conexión al televisor. No había manera de ver una película seguida en la TV, se paraba u desconectaba todo el rato. Me quejé la primera noche, contestaron que le pondrían solución pero no lo hicieron. Una pena, porque el resto de la experiencia fue muy buena.

En general todo muy bien, apartamento muy nuevo, bien decorado y con muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Lo único, y, sin problema, porque la cama era cómoda y yo no soy muy alta, es que en uno de los dormitorios que dispone de 2 camas, una de ella era de tamaño muy pequeño, una persona alta imposible dormir sin que se le salgan los pies, es una cama para un niño no para un adulto.
También eché de menos una plancha.

Pros:

Very close to the center of Lecce, but far away enough to not be extremely busy.
It was also very easy to park close to the apartment, like a 5min walk and there was streets with plenty of space to park and still the 60cent rating.
Beds were comfy and the apartment was quite spacious. We had an issue as soon as we arrived with the coffee machine and 5 min after we texted, someone was there to fix the problem, that was really great. Any question we had was always answered quite fast :) Overall, we liked our stay a lot!

Cons:

A cleaning kit could be available with a proper sponge, the one there was not good at all.
The coffee machine was not working properly and even when it was replaced, was replaced by one that still did not work fully, both were leaking.
We also noticed when we arrived that there were some ants in the kitchen counter and during our whole stay we had to be very careful where we would leave anything to avoid having these little friends in our food.
We stayed a few nights and there was no place to drop the trash, it had to stay in the tiny trashcan until we left, since it was only going to be picked up by the cleaning team once cleaning the room.
Another thing is that you can hear a lot of noise from the building itself because it's not closed and there's a lot of echo. We could hear anyone opening and slamming their door, which can be a bit annoying.

The potential of this place is wasted because of lack of maintenance
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious, large bed, larger kitchen, renovated fairly recently, plus a balcony. The lift was functional. We visited Lecce at the end of April and had no issue with parking in the area. The apartment itself was a pleasant 10min walk to centro storico.

Cons:

The check in is completely online. They send you a message via Whatsapp to complete the check-in to be able to open the door, ask for EUR100 deposit (which we never paid). There is no one on site to help with issues, in our apartment the induction did not work, which they promised to send a technician to fix (no-one ever came), thin walls made out of plaster, very uncomfortable pillows, dirty plates in the cupboard.

Tolle Wohnung, mitten in Apulien
Pros:

Eine wunderschön renovierte Wohnung in einem Altbaugebäude, tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Wärmste Empfehlung

Bel édifice, bel emplacement mais aurait avantage à soigner méticuleusement la propreté.
Pros:

L’emplacement, très bien situé.

Cons:

C’est un appartement et non un hôtel donc pas de réception. Personne à l’accueil, pas de ménage. Fonctionne avec des codes. Pénible après un long voyage. Propreté des duvets pas super, pas de service le soir pour pouvoir les faire changer.
