Pros:

Prachtige locatie, heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Sfeervol geheel, dicht bij het strand. De foto is heel prachtig maar je zit gelijk naast het grote parkeerterrein.

Cons:

Het systeem om de deur te openen reageerde niet altijd goed en zo zijn we een paar keer een poosje buiten gesloten. Gelukkig is er dan een telefoon nummer wat je alsnog kunt bellen zodat ze je binnen laten.
De voordeur maakt een hele kabaal door het hele gebouw als deze dichtslaat.

Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und ein dicker Pluspunkt für die Schaukelstuhl auf den großen Balkon.

Cons:

Ein dicker Minuspunkt wegen der Parkkosten, über Ostern knapp 70€.
Wir hatten es zwar vorher gelesen, uns dennoch sehr geärgert. Dass man als (sehr gut zahlender) Hotelgast genau so behandelt wird wie die Strandbesucher, ist einfach nicht korrekt.

Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt aber noch mit einem großen Potenzial nach oben im Bezug auf Check in und Erreich

Sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Cons:

Das selbständige Check in hat nicht funktioniert, wir haben keine Anleitung erhalten somit konnten wir uns gar nicht einchecken. Auf Nachricht bekam wir keine Antwort, telefonisch keiner erreicht . Zum Glück sind die Mitarbeiter in dem Kiosk so freundlich, dass die uns geholfen haben obwohl das gar nicht zur deine Aufgabe gehört. Das Hotel vermietet auch Zimmer mit Hunden was an sich in Ordnung ist allerdings hatten wir einen Nachbarn, das anscheinend sein Hund alleine im Zimmer bis spät Abend gelassen hat und der hatte ununterbrochen gebellt. Auch diesbezüglich konnten wir über Nachrichten keinen Personal erreichen.

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück im Pavillion, schöne Einrichtung des Zimmer, nettes Personal (wir hatten viel Kontakt wegen diversen technischen Themen:-))

Cons:

Einlasstechnik via App läuft nicht optimal. Bei Anreise kam ich gar nicht rein, weil der Code nicht funktionierte. Zimmer 3 dauerte das Erkennen des Schlüssels manchmal länger, Neustart der App war immer wieder erforderlich, daher stand man auch mal länger vor verschlossener Tür. Wenn man das Handy im Zimmer vergißt, ist man ausgesperrt.

Hotel und Zimmer toll, Kommunikation schwierig.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Einrichtung sind hervorragend, näher am Strand kann man nur wohnen, wenn man auf dem Strand untergebracht ist. Die kleine Küche ist für kleine Gerichte und Snack völlig ausreichend und alle ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Rezeption und das alleine ist kein Problem, wenn stattdessen eine Ansprechbarkeit irgendwie gewährleistet ist. Die einzig angegebene Nummer wurde auch bei mehrfachem Anruf nicht beantwortet und wir wurden auch nicht zurück gerufen. Während unseres Aufenthalt wurde uns zudem eine Zahlungsaufforderung für ein Frühstück geschickt, dass wir nicht gebucht haben. Auch hier mussten wir erst mehrfach nachfragen, um eine Antwort zu erhalten.

Tolles, geschmackvolles und ruhiges Hotel direkt am Strand.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte sogar eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank.
Natürlich war die Nähe zum Strand perfekt, aber deswegen hatten wir ja dieses Zimmer gebucht.
Auch der Zugang zum Hotel ohne Personal hat einwandfrei frei funktioniert.
