La struttura è bellissima. Perfettamente restaurata. Posizione perfetta, vicina alla stazione ma anche alla zona dei canali ed alla “via dello shopping”

Cons:

Nulla di particolare. Ho dato 3 su 4 allo staff solo perché li ho sentiti un po “freddi” rispetto ad altri hotel giapponesi. In ogni caso tutto lo staff è sempre stato puntuale, preciso, efficiente.

Pros:

Location ! It's very convenient to go around. Great nostalgic hotel. The best shower in all my five hotels in Japan this trip. (Toto is best toilet always). The staff were all very nice ! Breakfast hall is memorable.

Pros:

Breakfast good but not as good as OMO7. Other than that its great.

Cons:

Car park was a bit of a hassle as it was poorly maintained (not a hotel problem) and sometimes the barrier didnt work properly. Otaru was also a hassle because they cant keep the roads open - resuting in some horrendous traffic issues - 10KM+ traffic jam one night.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always guiding us with a warm attitude. Special thanks to the male staff Otsuki, who welcomed us so warmly and made me feel truly comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. The toilet and bathroom are separate which bring is great. Because of the excellent service, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Great location, decent sized rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

There is no common room to hang out in. The hotel bar doesn't open until 8pm and you are not allowed to take your own drinks into the bar when it isn't open. As a result we would not stay here again.
