Un hôtel agréable à recommander

L'hôtel est récent donc très agréable, la demande que nous avions faite lors de notre réservation a été prise en compte, c'est une bonne chose que le personnel soit à l'écoute du client. D'ailleurs, la personne qui s'est occupé de nous à l'accueil, un monsieur, a été très gentil, professionnel et serviable durant notre séjour de trois nuits dans cet établissement. La chambre pour trois personnes que nous avons eu est superbe, très joliment décorée, bien agencée, tout nous a plu, la disposition avec de grandes fenêtres baies pour avoir une vue magnifique, le mobilier, la grandeur de la chambre, la salle de bain immense, le tout neuf est dans un état impeccable. Le confort et la propreté sont au rendez vous même si mon mari aurait préféré un lit plutôt qu'un canapé lit. La salle du petit déjeuner est agréable et le petit déjeuner est complet, délicieux, nous nous sommes régalés. Nous recommandons cet endroit et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente, un bon souvenir de vacances.

Cons:

Le seul point à revoir est le parking de l'hôtel situé à l'arrière, payant évidement ce qui ne devrait pas être le cas mais c'est très souvent le cas. Pourtant, il n'est ni surveillé ni pratique car c'est petit, l'endroit ressemble à un terrain vague et il n'y a pas de place pour tout le monde. Alors nous nous sommes garés à quelques rues proches de l'hôtel, sur leurs conseils aussi et cela coûte moins cher du coup.

Es war sehr zentral, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Check out war völlig desinteressiert. Keine Nachfrage, wie es war, kein Gute Reise Wunsch. Im Bad fehlte ein Badvorleger, die Duschseife war leer, und die moderne Duschwand ging nicht bis zum Boden, so dass auch außerhalb der Dusche alles nass wurde.

LOVELY OVERNIGHT STOP IN HARSTAD
Pros:

Excellent all round, welcoming staff at check-in and dinner, room and furnishings all in excellent condition, nice position on water front pier adjacent to centre of town. Buffet breakfast was of great standard with option of purchasing a “lunch box” from breakfast selections.

Great all around experience
Pros:

Position overlooking the harbour and close proximity to the centre . Helen Michelle on reception was not only very personable and welcoming she gave us excellent local knowledge and ideas, including a fantastic hike up to the red bench at Keipen viewpoint, even explaining which was the best route to take.
