The receptionist that checked us in could’ve been a little more welcoming. He didn’t do a bad job he just wasn’t friendly or welcoming.

Quite disappointed in facilities and staff for the price

Large room

Cons:

We were traveling for my surgery. I had extensive pain and unsteadiness from meds. The person I traveled with uses a walker. We were on the 3rd floor. The elevators were not working and I requested a room change to first floor. I was told no and to just take the stairs. I finally compained enough and we were moved to a first floor room in which the toilet wasnt working and there was no soap in the shower.
