The stay was excellent,the staff was so nice and we will be back
Pros:

Honestly like all other hotels

Cons:

Our TV didn't work the first night and couldn't be fixed,we changed rooms the next night and it was great, the first night was great too, we were offered a different room,but was to tired to change it was late

Relaxing stay after and before a long drive.
Pros:

Loved the variety for breakfast. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impressive as well. The rooms are very spacious and have everything we would need. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing was wrong with the hotel itself. I do, however, have to complain about the noise we heard from the room around us caused by other guests.

Dirty dishes and soap in dishwasher. Food on dishes. Worker was crabby when told about it. Did not have enough dishes to replace all of them

Good location for our purposes

Cons:

Looked good but there were some areas that needed attention...the elevator was dirty. Our room had bugs in the toilet with a huge water stain around the dishwasher. The situation was quickly taken care of because l didnt want to be charged for the situation. The breakfast food all looked artificial except the toast.

My stay was great.
Pros:

We traveled for tournaments & my stay was great. I was so nervous because of the bad reviews but I didn’t have any issues at all. The hotel was very clean, the room was perfect in every aspect including size & the location was near our event and near everything we needed during our stay such as food options, academy, Walmart, Albertsons, etc. There was also a nearby eye doctor open on Saturday morning to replace my son eyeglasses that he rolled over & broke the night before his game. The staff was friendly & welcoming. It was great.

Cons:

The beds were not too comfortable, that’s all.
