Cons:

I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility. I requested check-in four hours early but was quoted a fee equivalent to an additional night’s stay. I also arrived for breakfast at 9:33 am, just three minutes after service ended, and was told breakfast was no longer available. Even the coffee, which had been complimentary during breakfast, incurred an extra charge. Overall, a more accommodating approach would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

מלון מקסים, מרווח מעוצב מגניב למשפחות. לקחנו חדר ל4 והוא היה מעוצב בצורה מיוחדת עם נוף על כל אוסקה. המיטות היו מאוד נוחות שזה תיקון מהמלון הקודם והאונסן היה נעים מאוד

המיקום קצת מרוחק. אמנם המלון ממש על תחנת רכבת אבל עדיין מרוחק מהצרכז באזטר קצת מיושן של העיר

駅からすぐで、電車好きの子供にとっても、部屋から電車が見られて良かった？

システマチックで機械化されているものをリクエストで変更したりとかが難しいようで、それなりにお金を払うのに星のやがやっているホテルと思うとがったりに感じることもありました。

Muy buena ubicación y alojamiento cómodo. Algunas detalles pueden mejorar.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, ya que las líneas de metro y tren que pasan a unos metros del hotel te llevan en pocos minutos a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Incluso para ir a Nara basta tomar el tren que pasa en frente. También me gustó las noches Pika PiKa, y en general el ambiente del hotel. Me gustó que tienen lavadoras y secadoras (de pago), lo cual es genial para una estancia larga como la mía. Las camas son muy confortables y en general la pasé muy bien. La vista desde la habitación era preciosa.

Cons:

Hubo tres cosas que no me gustaron. 1) La luz del baño se enciende por un sensor de movimiento. No hay otra forma de prenderla o apagarla, lo cual es horroroso si te paras en la noche al baño (en lo personal, no soporto las luces en la noche porque me despiertan). Mi esposo tenía que cubrir el sensor cada noche con un pedazo de papel aluminio. 2) El desayuno bufete... no estaba mal, pero la realidad es que en Japón he probado mucho mejores. A excepción del pescado asado, todo lo demás era exactamente lo mismo todos los días y no había cosas como encurtidos japoneses o ensaladas orientales (cosas que siempre hay en todos los otros desayunos de Japón que he tenido oportunidad de desayunar). También los postres eran muy tristes... 3) La limpieza en los pasillos de las habitaciones (al menos mi pasillo, piso 12), podría ser mejor. Siempre había un olor desagradable en el pasillo, y cerca de los elevadores siempre estuvo lleno de pajitas que no se limpiaron.
