Pros:

Every staff member we encountered, from all departments, was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Lovely hotel with all the facilities you could need, especially when travelling with children.
The lawn is huge and well kept, the rooms and public areas are modern yet comfortable with high cleaning standards.
The location is excellent with the train station across the road to the hotel which is on the Osaka Loop line and Kansai Airport express line. There is also a metro station about 2 mins walk. The area the hotel is in is vibrant and safe with lots to do with Shinsekai and Tennoji zoo just a few minutes walk. Lots of options for dining in the area.

はじめ大浴場が、無いと思い。あると分かり全てセルフ対応で、大浴場に行きたかったのですが、分からず聞きづらかったので、自分で見つけていき
２回行って２回目に料金がいるのにが気付き何も払えるツールを持っていなく諦めた点。といくら外国人の従業員受け入れで補助金貰えるからといって、あまりにも増やしすぎかなと思うが、きちんと教育はされていそうだが、日本人からすれば、お尋ねにくい。聞きにくい。違和感の塊だった。

とても良かったです
Pros:

スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、、
インバウンドの方にも親切な対応でした。
無料のツアーもあり、木津市場に参加してみましたけど、日本人でも面白かったです。
新世界も近いし、スパワールドもちかいし、駅も近くでよい。
夜のビールもたこ焼きも無料で、大変おもてなしの気持ちがいっぱいで良かったです。

Cons:

強いて言えば、駐車場が2500円だったので、もう少し安いといいと思います。
