Decent stay and I will recommend.
Pros:

The staffs were super friendly and helpful except for one stray incident involving the over eagerness of the receptionist and the restaurant manager, which was handled efficiently by the resident lady manager and thanks to her that the tour went on well.

The miscommunication between the receptionist Sandeep and the highhandedness of the restaurant manager Girish.

The worst hotel experience ever.
Cons:

They cancelled the booking without contacting us, they only messaged about the cancellation. While talking they just hang up. Terrible experience!! The staff is very rude and have no concept of customer satisfaction. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend at all. Yarlam and bridge resorts are better and reliable options.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a heater, which was perfect for the chilly weather. The view from the room was beautiful, adding to the overall experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and the food was good as well. However, we felt that the pricing was a bit on the higher side.

Cons:

During our two-night stay, we encountered issues with the water supply, which made our mornings quite inconvenient. We had to request buckets every day to cope with the water problems, which was quite frustrating.

Misrepresentative photos of the room.
Pros:

I had a salty experience with this booking. I booked a premium room from hotels.com. When I checked in, the room I got was underwhelmingly different from the photos I saw on the website. I talked to the staff at reception and the hotel manager. As per them, there are many premium rooms in the hotel, But the photos they put on the website are of the 2 rooms that are in the corners. They said they posted photos of their best rooms. Agreed! But still, the photos of the rooms you put online should be representative for the most part. The room in the online photo was so much bigger, had a balcony and more furniture. That felt really premium. The room we got was a lot smaller, had a balcony but not the same furniture as in the photo. It did not look at all like a "Premium" room. The manager said, all the rooms with a balcony in the hotel are treated as premium rooms. And most of the premium rooms in the hotel are the same as the one we got. But that's not what the online photos of the premium room represent at all and it is a clear deceivement. The manager proposed to move us to another room which is bigger than we got, but that room didn't have a balcony. When I look at a photo with a balcony, big floor space, and ample furniture and pay for it, that is exactly what I would expect the room to be like when I check in and not this scam.
The food and stay were good and comfortable, but when the principal deal is not fulfilled by the hotel, nothing else matters.
