nice place to live, especially if you need to go to nearby medical centre.

Disappointing, questionable area, very limited parking
Pros:

Cheap-ish relative to NYC in general. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The area around the hotel is dirty and seems shady. There's trash and broken glass in the parking lot. Parking is very limited. There are probably around five parking spots, so chances are that you're gonna have to walk pretty far if you have a car. I usually have to walk about 10 minutes from my parking spot to the hotel.

What's even worse is that the hotel smells bad. It smells like drugs, and it generally smells bad. It just has a bad vibe. It simply has the vibe of a bad area with low-quality people. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there.
