Place wasn't as expected
Pros:

The bed was confortable

Cons:

The place was very dirty, there was water marks and other liquids on furniture hairs and debris on the floor towels looked dirty and the bathroom was very dirty.
There was no parking available they asked us to park on the street but it took us an hour to finally find a tiny spot.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean. I liked the location of the hotel. It was very easy to get to the subway stations. Lovely smell in the corridor and reception area. Staff was pleasant, polite and helpful.

Cons:

Noise from the guests in the corridor at times, which I know sometimes can’t be avoided.
Maybe the doors should be soundproofed.

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel est bien placé, dans une zone résidentielle à 7 minutes à pied d'une bouche de métro qui va directement à Manhattan. Les chambres sont propres et correctement équipées.

Cons:

Absence de petit déjeuner et de bouilloire dans la chambre. L'isolation phonique et lumineuse dans les chambres est un peu légère.

Pros:

Posizione non lontana a due fermate della metro e a pochi minuti di distanza ci sono un paio di vie con ristoranti e negozi. Le distanze di Brooklyn sono comunque immense quindi senza metro sarebbe difficile muoversi agevolmente.

Cons:

Potrebbe essere utile una cassaforte in camera.

Not worth the stay
Pros:

The customer service was decent.

Cons:

The walls were so thin, we could hear people talking all night/ early morning. The room was a little outdated. The area wasn't the best and it appears there were people living there.
