Property was clean and quiet but it isn't as close to the subway as I would have liked.
Pros:

It was clean and quiet

Cons:

The rooms were cold. The windows werent sealed properly and as such wind was coming through. I had to place puffer jackets at the windows to keep the room warm.

Also, whenever I turned on the bathroom lights there was a load sound that accompanied the lights.

In a nutshell, would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Cleaner would come everyday.

Cons:

Wall had stains, 3 minutes during our check-in we noticed a roach, requested another room. We got a room which was NOT even clean/ready for guests. Bathroom door was hanging in the third room. Staff did not apoligize for the inconvenience. Bed had sigaret burns.

Pros:

Newly renovated. Daily cleaning. Quiet.

Cons:

old furniture. bad, very bad internet. no kettle in the room and no cooler in the hall. but the workers allowed us to use their cooler in the basement.

pretty comfy and worth
Pros:

The bed was cozy and the TV was very big! Bedstand counters were marble and very sturdy. Spacious bathroom as well!

Cons:

The bathrooms were relatively clean but could use better deep cleaning. There was a stain on the bed sheets that the workers quickly changed. There was also a stain on the towels in the bathroom but it was minor. Walls are not very sound proof as you can hear doors opening and people talking often, but its not that bad.
