Cons:

L’emplacement est éloigné du centre. Grosse déception : l’hôtel a refusé le paiement par carte de crédit ou via Booking et a imposé un règlement en espèces. Pire encore, ils ont déclaré à Booking que je n’avais pas séjourné sur place alors que j’y étais bien présente ! Une expérience vraiment inacceptable et très suspecte

The location is far from the city center. Very disappointing: the hotel refused to accept payment by credit card or through Booking, insisting on cash only. Even worse, they reported to Booking that I did not stay at the hotel, while I was actually there! A truly unacceptable and very suspicious experience.

Great peaceful and friendly hotel to enjoy a vacation.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and excellent room service. Clean facility good sized clean rooms and comfortable bed. Property is clean and tidy.

Wonderful stay and we would recommend this hotel to any traveller.
Pros:

We liked everything. The rooms were great for a reasonable price. Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice garden.

We moved to another hotel. Didn't like this one
Pros:

We saw the rooms, didn't like it and left. If we have to specify something that we liked, it would probably be the lobby space.

Cons:

Cleanliness. In general, the room setting was a little shabby.

Hotel made my trip to Leh wonderful & i strongly recommend this hotel to visitors
Pros:

Breakfast & Dinner was awesome on all 3 days of stay. Felt @ home even @ 3k kms
Very helpful staff & reception
Hotel & room cleanliness
Hot water available all time

Cons:

WiFi connectivity is pathetic - Hotel staff inversely blamed on my phone quality :-)
Room temperature is NOT controlled - Too cold in night. Room heater is available, but hotel need to switch-on for pleasant stay of guest
Slightly overpriced for the facility
