Room was good but smelly and there was no locks for washroom

No security at al: no 24/7 front desk, the guy just disappears after checking you in, the room door lock “key” is a gimmick (see pics), fungus all over the room and the bathroom walls and ceilings with its special poisonous smell… Once discovered all these, tried to negotiate for one night stay instead of two, but the owner rejected to refund (booking on my side, refunded $13 of about €73 spent, the rest thru bank charge-back procedure)

Les photos ne correspondent pas à l’état réel actuel du logement. L’entrée ressemble à un bidon ville on est passé devant sans la voir. C’est un monsieur qui nous a conduit à l’intérieur et a dû appeler quelqu’un pour qu’elle vienne. Accueil glacial d’ailleurs.
La chambre, non conforme aux photos. Les photos datent déjà d’un moment !! Des moisissures dans la chambre et salle de bain. Le robinet du lavabo tient à peine et le meuble et d’ailleurs à 2 doigts de s’effondrer. Le logement était peut être bien mais il y a plusieurs années de ça !!

Very good location.
I am no expert but the room did not look even close to 25m2 even with toilet and shower added.
Every part of this ‘hotel’ is falling apart. Everything is absolutely filthy.
Bathroom is falling apart and ran out of water mid shower.
In the middle of the night (please see photos) there was a huge leak and the ceiling looked like it was about to collapse. Our belongings all got drenched and the host said to ‘put a bucket underneath’. Despite there being a huge puddle of water.
There was no one there during check in and check out.
I requested a triple room and ended up on a painful pullout bed.
AVOID- extremely dangerous especially if you have kids. Bathroom is covered in mold and I have had a terrible cough since then.
Great location, close to majors touristic sites.
Very nice staff Mert and the cleaning lady were very nice and helpful.
Strong WiFi
Some of the equipments are a bit used and could be replaced.
As it is a very busy neighbourhood, double glazed windows would be better for the noise, it takes some time to fall asleep.

The staff were very nice
The very bad sewer smell. Lots of mold. The smell. The very bad smell. Lots of broken bits and holes and stains everywhere.
l'établissement est très bien situé
La chambre est très très mal isolée. Il faisait extrêmement froid, nous avions qu'un petit chauffage d'appoint qui ne fonctionnait qu'une fois sur deux et qui ne chauffait quasiment pas la pièce. La chambre était très humide, avec des traces d'humidité au plafond, de la rouille dans la salle de bain. Les draps étaient tachés. L'isolation était vraiment horrible avec beaucoup de courants d'air et donc beaucoup de bruit. Le robinet coule sans cesse aussi, il ne peut pas être éteint. Nous étions 3 et la 3ème personne à la douche n'avait souvent plus d'eau chaude. Etablissement à éviter.
