Location, cleanliness, spacious.
The furniture was very sparce. The windows were filthy. the entrance common parts were full of laundry.
The location was perfect. Right in the centre of Leamington Spa overlooking the river and park.
The accommodation fell very short of our expectations. The cupboards in the kitchen were empty apart from a few glasses and bits of crockery. One of the chairs in the living area was broken and there weren’t enough seats for the number of guests. We had to go down to the restaurant downstairs to get plates, bowls and glasses and extra chairs.
The apartment was tired looking and had damp in one of the bedrooms.
The entrance hall was full of bags of dirty linen which was covering fire doors and was a fire hazard in itself.
No iron or ironing board.
Location good was clean
Creaky floors all over apartment. Tv would not connect to WiFi, connector was broken and arial did not work . Can hear music from club in basement till early hours nor loud but the bass .
The apartments have a terrace. Lots of room in kitchen areas!

Cheap looking finish flimsy balcony doors dirty balcony area no class. Cheap presentation of what could be a great place. Broken cups TV not working won't go back

Really good location, spacious apartment which was well equipped.
Smelt badly of cooking oil, plug sockets stopped working and things starting to look a bit tired.
Good for the price though
the beds were comfy, the personnel at the restaurant helping with the flat was nice.
no view on the outside. the kitchen worktop was not clean. But the big issue was the lack of response from the host. i asked if there was parking and had no answer- there is zero parking and we had to unload a full boot…and i had a foot injury and had to go 3 floors up in crutches. i had asked if it was accessible but again received no answer.

Apartments were absolutely beautiful, beds comfy and location was perfect for a night out in Leamington. The staff were really helpful -special nod to Lucy who greeted us and was really helpful. They were kind to let us check in earlier and check out later too which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
It didn’t bother us but because it is a beautiful old building and is located by the road there can be some traffic noise.
Location was good right in heart of where we wanted to be. Nice and clean . Would recommend to anybody . Staff where help full and as we were an older party moved us down from the penthouse to middle floor ,so as not so many stairs to climb.
Not enough dishes . Was advertised with a bath and had two showers instead. Could not get the TV as it only works with an app.
