Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Es war eine perfekte Lage, mit direktem Blick auf dem Bosporus

Cons:

Man muss wissen, dass Istanbul sehr hügelig ist und einige Treppen zum Hotel zu überwinden sind,
was aber ok ist, wenn man sportlich fit ist😉

A lot of stairs, but the location and view are well worth it if you're able.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view of the Bosphorus was spectacular. Yes, the hotel is only accessible up many steps, but if this is not an issue, I think that it is worth it to enjoy the view, so a room with a sea view is highly recommended.
The staff were very helpful and attentive in mitigating this by carrying our luggage and offering water amd refreshment whenever we would re-enter the hotel.
The location is also close to Taksim and the T1 tram line and the ferry port so it was very convenient for getting around.

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre, which would have been disappointing if we were eating breakfast there every morning. However, the neighbourhood has a lot of great cafés to enjoy an excellent Turkish breakfast as well as mamy other options, which I would recommend to include in your experience, so this wasn't a huge problem for us.
I would advise to book a room with a sea view, as this made all the difference. Without it, all of the steps up to the hotel entrance would just be a pain.

The friendliest staff and the proximity to the Kabatas ferry are the biggest pluses. Staff are fabulous and very helpful

Had no idea there were so many stairs. Difficult as we had so much luggage. Plus we are both over 70 and do not need to go up and downstairs Plus wallpaper coming off the walls in our bedroom and the towels in the bathroom need to be updated

Hotel Lage und Ausblick spitzenmäßig. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit und Service tbi

Die Lage ist phänomenal. Der Blick auf den Bosporus ist unschlagbar. Zu Fuß kann man in die wichtigsten Viertel gelangen. Einfach spitze. Frühstück ok.

Cons:

Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten erst mal die Sonnenliegen und den Whirl-Pool reinigen und die Bettlaken austauschen lassen, da fleckig.

Уставший отель, но с удобным расположением. На пару дней вполне достаточно, но второй раз приезжать не хочется
