Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Cet hôtel est magnifique. La chambre spacieuse et vue sur le bosphore. Le personnel est à l'écoute et fait tout pour satisfaire le client. Proche des centres d'intérêts et du tramway. Expérience exceptionnelle si vous pouvez monter les escaliers. Petits déjeuner complet.

Cons:

J'ai tout aimé. Le petit déjeuner pourrait peut être proposer des petits plats turcs différents chaque matin.

La vue époustouflante ! C’est à peu près tout

Cons:

Nous avions choisi un studio avec vue sur le Bosphore. La vue était surtout sur les chaises de la terrasse. Et le studio… papiers peints décollés par l’humidité, porte qui ne fermait pas, toutes petites fenêtres. Bref, impossible. Après négociation nous avons passé une nuit dans la plus belle chambre de l’hôtel. Notre fille de 21 ans sur un lit de camp. Cela a été la seule nuit.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Stets ist jemand ansprechbar gewesen. Unsere Anliegen wurde alle zur Kenntnis genommen, verstanden und es gab stets eine Lösung.

Cons:

Die Betten waren weitestgehend, für mich, zu weich. Doch das ist bei weitem kein Thema was eine negative Rückmeldung darstellen soll. Viel mehr ist es ein reines subjektives empfinden. Der Schlaf war dennoch möglich, erholsam und in Ordnung

Особое внимание заслуживает персонал, и администраторы и сотрудники - очень вежливые!!! По первой же просьбе отзывались и помогали. Бассейн чистый и с утра было в удовольствие искупаться.

Amazing staff and great location :)
Pros:

The facilities are very clean and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were excellent especially Kurban and Macid. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Istanbul :)

L'emplacement est en plein centre mise a part les marchés que j'avoue son rude cest agréable

Cons:

La piscine n'a vraiment aucun intérêt et les infrastructures ne sont pas du tout sécurisé et en bon état, idem la portr de l'ascenseur sans protection c'est très dérangeant

Amazing Istanbul experience
Pros:

We loved everything about this place. If you want a real Turkish hill experience this is the perfect place and the view from the top is spectacular. The breakfast is lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean and cleaned regularly and well and all the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful

Cons:

People will talk about the stairs to get to it but we actually really enjoyed the daily climb - it made for a great daily workout and made us feel like one of the locals. It would have been great if the restaurant served food throughout the day.

Location was good, long way up steps. A bit of tender loving care needed on the place.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of options.
Staff were pleasant and very helpful.
It was in a good central position to get on trams, ferries and taxis

Cons:

The hotel is in need of some maintenance issues, peeling paint on the outside, a bit more tidying up the outside.
The room has a lovely view of the Bosphorus, but the photo's are deceiving of your view.
Air conditioning was inadequate, we couldn't get the room down to a comfortable temperature.
Shower door wasn't on the track right, hook fell off of the wall and had problems with the toilet flushing

Pros:

Wir hatten die Suit, diese war sehr schön.
Generell war das Personal sehr freundlich, das einzige was man kritisieren kann ist der allgemeine Zustand des Hotel, dies ist Kritik auf hohem Grad, es sind Kleinigkeiten wie unsaubere arbeiten des Malers. Wird den meisten wahrscheinlich aber nicht mal auffallen, und da die Preise auch nicht zu teuer sind, völlig oke.

Cons:

Viele Treppen bis zum Hotel, was aber in Istanbul normal ist.
