Pros:

I typically have been using Hilton properties, and never as happy as I was on this trip. Their HVAC abruptly started and stopped waking us up, at this hotel the HVAC continued to run circulating the air at a lower speed and slowly speed up when needed, it didn't wake us up. The refrigerator freezer was silent unlike many others at the other hotels where we needed to turn them off and able to make use of them.

Cons:

No pool or hot tub.

Average hotel room. Mostly clean, good location, spacious room and bathroom.
Pros:

Great location for a concert at John Paul Jones Arena. It kept us in decent distance, but didn't put us right in the middle of the crowd. Near a shopping center with grocery store, close to Wawa for 24hr food. Room was spacious and comfortable. Coffee was good. No comment on the breakfast, we didn't end up getting out in time for it. It did smell good though.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting was poor. It was obviously a pet room, pee stains on the carpet corners. Parking was difficult late at night. We got the last spot, look like you may be able to park in the Bojangles lot and walk up if necessary.

Staff was nice

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better when we got there at 730 the food was picked it didn’t look fresh didn’t see anyone keeping it up the bed we had was not comfortable it was very hard couldn’t get the air room temp to a desirable temperature

Good value. Clean, comfortable, convenient parking and access to room. polite helpful staff. Breakfast included was basic but good. Complimentary popcorn, ice water and coffee in lobby was a nice touch.

I was very pleased from start to finish. I plan to look for Comfort Suites on future travel.
Pros:

Everything was excellent - the room, cleanliness, staff. Even 24/7 coffee in the lobby that was pretty good.

It suited our purpose extremely well.
Pros:

Very quick and easy check in. Huge room with two double beds plus a sofa bed for our family party of four. Fridge provided along with everything else anyone might need.
The room and bathroom(also very spacious) were extremely clean and beds comfortable. Very good value for money for an overnight stop.

Nothing.

Pros:

The location was good for food options and shopping. There was a good amount of parking. The staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The rooms could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. The price didn’t match the quality
