Pros:

Comfort Inn & Suites in Charlottesville, VA, included everything you would want in your room.
Pros:

Breakfasts were great, with several choices from scrambled eggs & sausages to yogurt w/ fruit, a toaster for bagels, English muffins, or bread, and a waffle iron for waffles that you make yourself. It's all self serve, but many choices. One can eat light or medium or heavy, depending on your appetite..
I love that they have a large ice-filled lemon water (lemons cut up in the large serving receptacle) in the drinks station of the reception room. Also coffee & tea there. These are filled 24/7
The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and included everything you would need: small fridge, coffee & tea Keurig maker with clear instructions, cups for hot drinks, cups for cold drinks & ice bucket, plus a super large t-v for those who like that sort of thing.

Cons:

smokers who don't pick up after themselves and litter outside.

VERY disappointed have stayed here many times in the past. Never again.
Cons:

Business center closed for renovations. Laundry useless it wants you to download an app pay $10 for a $3.50 wash plus personal details, credit card number and phone number. Wasted an hour of my time. The app is of dubious quality from a company id never heard of

Pros:

I typically have been using Hilton properties, and never as happy as I was on this trip. Their HVAC abruptly started and stopped waking us up, at this hotel the HVAC continued to run circulating the air at a lower speed and slowly speed up when needed, it didn't wake us up. The refrigerator freezer was silent unlike many others at the other hotels where we needed to turn them off and able to make use of them.

Cons:

No pool or hot tub.

Average hotel room. Mostly clean, good location, spacious room and bathroom.
Pros:

Great location for a concert at John Paul Jones Arena. It kept us in decent distance, but didn't put us right in the middle of the crowd. Near a shopping center with grocery store, close to Wawa for 24hr food. Room was spacious and comfortable. Coffee was good. No comment on the breakfast, we didn't end up getting out in time for it. It did smell good though.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting was poor. It was obviously a pet room, pee stains on the carpet corners. Parking was difficult late at night. We got the last spot, look like you may be able to park in the Bojangles lot and walk up if necessary.
