A stylish hotel with great breakfast, beautiful views, and very convenient transport
Pros:

The hotel is overall great and excellent value for money. It is quite stylish, with fantastic views from the terrace where breakfast is served. The breakfast itself was really, really good, with plenty of variety — not just a typical continental-style breakfast. There is also a nice small buffet area near the entrance, where you can have coffee, lemonade, or something sweet, as well as a pleasant shared space to sit. There are also some very nice cats around the hotel.
The view from the room was also great.
The location is fantastic: you can easily reach the tram, bus, or ferry/waterbus, all within about 300 metres from the hotel. Balat is right there too — it is quite crowded and touristy, but still a very interesting neighbourhood, and other parts of the city are easily accessible by public transport. A taxi can also stop right in front of the hotel without any problem.

Cons:

The air conditioning broke down during our stay, and it took five days to repair it, which was a major inconvenience during the June heatwave. Fortunately, the hotel made up for this, so despite the issue, we do not hold it against them.
The room was nice overall, although some of the furnishings and details are beginning to show their age, especially a small section of the floor near the bathroom entrance. There were also a few practical inconveniences: the blinds did not close fully, and because the window was very large, the morning light woke us up quite early. On one of the other windows, the curtains could not be closed properly at all.
It is also worth noting that the terrace could only be used during breakfast, as later in the day the restaurant started operating there. Another small issue was that the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were not labelled, so it was not clear which was which.
Finally, if you sleep with the window open (which we had to do due to the non-working air conditioning), it can be very noisy, as the hotel is located next to a very busy street.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, Han welcomed us with Turkish tea and a big smile, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is perfect with sights, restaurants, shops, and public transportation all within a few minutes walking distance.
Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful river view. Waking up to that view each morning and enjoying breakfast on the fourth-floor terrace overlooking the river was divine.
What truly made this hotel memorable was the exceptional hospitality. The warm, attentive service made our stay unforgettable.

Good choice for Istanbul
Pros:

Breakfast on the roof was the highlight of the stay. The lady that runs the breakfast area is a real star! Location wise it can't be beaten, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the metro/tram is a 100m away.

Cons:

Third floor rooms have little/no sound proofing. As guests left the restaurant it woke the whole floor and it went on for 20 minutes.

Heel fijn verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie was erg fijn, tram 5 was dichtbij. Fijne ruime kamer 206. De ontbijtruimte en restaurant boven het hotel had een heerlijk buitenterras met een prachtig uitzicht over het water. Personeel was bijzonder aardig.

Cons:

Onderhoud blijft altijd nodig.

Pros:

Очень приятный персонал. Красивый вид с терассы ресторана, где сервируется завтрак. Хорошое расположение отеля.

Cons:

Номер маленький. Шумоизоляция отсутствует, слышно все, что происходит вокруг - в соседних номерах и в коридоре. У меня еще был номер напротив лифта, поэтому я слышала всех, кто им пользовался. В номере не работал фен (но тут надо отметить, что когда я рассказала об этом на ресепшн, молодой человек сказал, что мне сразу надо было сказать, и они бы решили эту проблему). Кровать не предусматривает ни одеяла, ни дополнительной простыни, сверху было только покрывало, которое используют для декора, но не понятно, насколько оно чистое и меняется ли после каждого гостя. Сантехника была грязная и в ржавчине, всю ночь слушала, как что-то течет. Завтрак ожидала более разнообразный, но выбор был весьма ограниченный.

Pros:

服務很親切，早餐非常豐富且美味，看出去的景色很優美。床很舒服，淋浴的熱水夠熱且足夠。房務清潔很好，反應的問題都會試著處理。

Cons:

這次冷氣時常壞掉又好，好了又壞，但是服務人員處理的態度很好。而房間小冰箱(Mini-bar)的溫度都不夠冷，我們試過一兩次不成功後就也沒再繼續反應了。

Pros:

Локация, размер предоставленной скидки на проживание и включенный в стоимость проживания завтрак. С учетом размера скидки, на все смотришь проще.

Cons:

К сожалению во время проживания сломался кондиционер. Его починили, только мы уже уезжали. И я не понял почему в стоимость проживание не входили капсулы с кофе для капсульной кофе машины находящейся в номере. А может ее просто забыли положить, а я постеснялся спросить.
