Excellent Stay at Hotel Super Town house, Collectret circel formely LD prime!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Super Town House on Girdhar Marg. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-furnished with all modern amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and equipped with quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and I appreciated the peaceful ambiance that made my stay relaxing.

The location is another big plus—close to major landmarks, restaurants, and transportation options, yet tucked away enough to offer a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Breakfast was delicious with a decent variety, and room service was prompt and polite. I really felt taken care of throughout my stay.

Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Worst Stay EVER.

I did not like anything about my stay in the said property.

I did not like anything bout my stay in the said property.
Firstly, they contacted me multiple times for making payment even before I reached the property and especially when as per booking.com I could pay on arrival.

Secondly, they asked me for more than the amount I booked this room for.

Thirdly, they gave me a congested and cramped and dampened room where paint was falling off and there were urine marks and stains on the toilet, no chair no dustbin etc. Even the bedsheet had ugly stains.

Fourthly, after much struggle and protests I got the room changed and that room too was not ready to be occupied. The bedsheet had food leftovers on it and when I complained they denied and it was only when I showed them the food leftovers on the bedding, toilet was wet, room had dust all over it, no dustbin no chairs. Further, electricity went off for good 3-5 hrs. Next morning there was no water supply and it wasted around 1-2 hours in the morning, shower was not working and i missed my scheduled bus.
Because I chose to stay in this property I wasted around 5-6 hours because of the hotel staff.

Lastly, they gave no toiletries except a 3 rupee medicine soap and water bottle they gave was desealed bisleri water bottle in which they had filled water from their own resource.

Also, I did not like the judgments tehy passed on a female solo traveller and the way they wanted to take advantage of teh fact that a female was travelling alone and would not do anything if they give me a disgusting room.

Overall, I wasted my precious time, money and was left even more exhausted because I chose to stay in this property.

Just another lodge near station. Nowhere close to be termed as Super.
Pros:

Only good thing about the property is its staff. They are supportive but bound to work as per their employer's terms. All images are photoshopped. Do not believe in what is being shown. Staff must be facing customers ire daily because of fake description of property on all websites.

Cons:

Fake property images on website. Enormous difference between the real and site pics. Few pics attached for reference. Nowhere close to be termed as super town house.
