سيئة لأبعد الحدود اول ماجينا حطونا في غرفة. كأنها مقبرة مافيها مكيف ولا شباك مكتومه اوكسجين مافيها و جداً قذره الغرفة الارضية تتلصق من الوسخ و القرف و السرير جداً قذر غير نضيف رحنا اشترينا شرشف و بطانيه و ماقدرنا ننام في الغرفة اصرينا يغيرونها و رفض الموظف يقول ادفعوا زيادة فلوس و انا اغيرها لكم و بعدين لما جا موظف ثاني وانتهى عمل الموظف الأول اصرينا معه و غير لنا الغرفة و نمنا فيها وكانت برضه سيئة الدوش خربان و الارضية قذره وفي الصباح جانا الموظف الي كان رافض يغير لنا الغرفة و يخبط ع الباب ازعجنا و صحانا من النوم خرجنا لغرفة كمان جداً سيئة الكرسي حق الحمام معدوم و يتهزهز و الدوش خربان و البزبوز حق الكرسي كمان خربان و المغسلة مسدوده و فيها بق الغرفة و الجدار مخرم و معدوم و ريحة جداً سيئة واللحاف ايضاً قذر و الحمام مو مغسل له سنين مو مغسل نظافة صفر ( الموظف العجوز ماعنده اخلاق ولا رحمه و صفر في التعامل )

Cons:

Ücretsiz spa olan ekonomik oda almamıza rağmen spa olanağının başka bir firma tarafından yapıldığını ve ücretli olduğunu söylediler. Odamızın penceresi olmadığını pencereli oda vereceklerini ama 500 tl vermemiz gerektiğini söylediler. Mecburen verdik. Satın aldığımda penceresiz olduğu yazmıyordu. Booking.com üzerinden aldığım en berbat oteldi. 1 gece kaldık ama bir daha asla kalmam.

Odalar pencere yok. Havalandırma zayıf ve ne olduğu belli olmayan kilitli kapılar vardı. Çarşaflarda koku vardı. Asla fiyat performans değildi.

Светлая, новая, со всеми удобствами комната. Телевизор, кондиционер, ванная с полотенцами и тапочками. В комнате также был кофе, сахар, чайник, вода. Расположен в хорошем районе, десять минут до метро Шишли, рядом кафе, маркеты и большой ТЦ. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Без трудностей поменяли комнату по нашему запросу.

Cons:

Когда заехали не было горячей воды, но потом включили. Иногда заедала ключ-карта. Холодные полы.

Only the location is ok and they let us park in front of the hotel on the street but I don't think there are available free parking places often.

DON'T RECCOMEND! We stayed there a couple of years ago, and they marked us "no show" after taking the payment in cash and didn't. At the time, I sent a complaint. This time, I booked with prepayment just to make sure, but I regret it! The level has dramatically gone down since then, and I would never go back. It is dirty, the bedsheets and towels weren't even changed with hair and stains on them, strong cigarette smell everywhere. I went to buy myself towels to take a shower as I couldn't use the dirty ones. No soundproof at all. We were hearing clearly other guest's in their rooms as well as the street noise. The air conditioner was very noisy and was set on very cold temperature. Its remote control was missing, but they didn't even bother to find it, and we had to turn the whole room's electricity off to be able to sleep. We used the phone's torch to go to the bathroom! It's not good value for the money at all. Unacceptably low level of cleaning and service. It's the worst hotel experience ever.
