Pros:

Location was great. Room was clean. Balcony was good size.

Cons:

There was breakfast??? I couldn't find the pool. Weird arrangement of buildings. Clean but the lights dimmed when the a/c came on. Not enough lighting either. The bedding/mattress was clean but the sheets pulled off every night. Lousy view from the balcony. Door had to be pushed on to open and close.

Pros:

Excellent service and a wonderful experience! I am completely satisfied with the quality of service provided. The owner is very friendly, professional, welcoming, and attentive to customers’ needs. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a trustworthy owner. I will definitely come back again!

Maybe the only thing I regret is not spending my entire vacation there, but next time, it will definitely be on my list!.

Old hotel in need of repair and renovation. For the money you can do better at Hampton.
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities work fine.

Cons:

This hotel is old and in need of repair and renovation. The room smelled musty when we first arrived, as though at one time it was probably a smoking room. The toilet was stained and should be replaced. There was no deadbolt lock on the door, just a chintzy doorknob lock that did not feel secure. We asked for clean towels on arrival, as the ones in the room were damp and looked used.

Rundown for the price, damaged and age was easy to tell. Floor pieces sticking up in bathroom, cracks in walls and ceiling. Bed had a sunk in side so bad the indent was visible when off it. Door leading in and out was barely hanging on. Vents were rusted and kitchen appliances have seen better days.

First and last stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The original room they “upgraded” us to was a two bedroom apartment and it was horrible. Truly gross. Don’t ever stay in the building that houses the apartments. It needs to be completely renovated or torn down. When I complained, I was given a room in another building that was adequate. Staff was nice about it - not their fault. Owners fault.

Cons:

The TV wouldn’t stay on, kept losing the signal. We had to keep unplugging it and putting it back on to reboot it. Finally just gave up.

Pros:

Cheap, easy to get in and out, close to the boardwalk, has two pools.

Cons:

Room was grimy and seemed dirty overall, the door didn’t close properly, didn’t feel secure since the door didn’t close all the way and only one lock. I booked the Superior Studio and it was a regular room with no “private terrace”.

Met our expectations, it's Hampton Beach not the Ritz
Pros:

The location is great. The room was actually a little bigger than I expected. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room and buildings are a little dated, there is a lot of maintenance that could be done. E.g. the bathroom door was sticky. Mattresses were unequal..one was super soft and springy and the other firm and tight.

Fausse représentation. Chambre très très ordinaire pas de vaisselle pas de chaudrons pour se faire à manger malgré la présence d’un four! Pas d’ustensiles même pas de chaise pour s’assoire pour manger. Aurais besoin d’un peu d’amour! L’emplacement est vraiment bien par contre a 2 min de la plage
