Cons:

The room was terribly dirty, and there were hairs in the bed. The hotel has very old, worn-out renovations. The soundproofing is awful — you can hear everything that happens, even a mouse. Also, the glass in the shower broke, and no one even apologized for it. It feels unsafe.

The location was very good.

Cons:

The bed was awful. We couldn't barely sleep. The room was extremely hot, you couldn't breath. The breakfast was very poor. The lighting was vey low.

Relaxed, vriendelijke personeel. Goed locatie. Schone kamers.
Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel. Ze waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Mert was super. Hij liet je niet herhalen. Je kon altijd bij hem terecht. Ibrahim was ook vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie was perfect voor ons bezoek. Was ook erg schoon.

Cons:

Manager stond ons niet aan. Hij was niet echt klantgericht. Communicatie problemen. Voor deze prijs was alles goed.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a great location. The room was comfortable, though a bit smaller than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety.
