Lifts were noisy. Casino was bureaucratic. Basically a hall, one bar and an atmosphere that would make a funeral look fun.

Spoiled by by the poor service at breakfast

The facilities were fab.

Cons:

Breakfast manager and staff. Appeared to be many training issues. Staff questioning whether breakfast was booked paid for, number of coffees that we were drinking. Lack of communication, between staff and the manager who made decisions and appeared not to pass them on. Both days there was constant dialogue with the staff in the breakfast room.

Fine - but won't be going back due to lack of value for money
Pros:

Location is excellent, obviously. The hotel is nice overall, pool area and gym is pretty good too.

Cons:

It just feels like they're trying to nickel and dime you at every point in the stay. For $1,400 per night, I would think that if someone has forgotten a phone charger, for example, they would just loan you one.. But they charged $25 for it.
Also $65 for breakfast also a huge stretch, especially for little kids.
