I’d stay there again.
Pros:

I liked everything, from the valet workers at the front very professional to the beautiful lobby inside with great reception team. The elevators are nice , the room was very nice, the view was beautiful everything was beyond my expectations for my first time staying.
Especially the breakfast was good , and shout out to all the workers very friendly and hard working give them a raise !

We love this place this is second year i took my partner there for her birthday love the facilities and vibe

Cons:

This time around it was completely different than last year. I mean last year we really felt value for money we felt welcome but this year around it felt like give us as much money as possible. And that sucks i felt more welcome in hotels with fraction of the price. This time it felt like the quality went really down the drain which is sad.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The room was very good.

Cons:

When I checked in, I was charged double the rate I booked for using Booking.com - it was fixed, but was a pain. The Golden Century experience was poor - terrible service. Food by the pool was cold.

Cons:

The smell in the rooms (stale cinema carpet smell), stuffy rooms, one of the staff on the front desk was rude and unfortunately tainted the whole experience.

Pros:

This hotel is exceptional in every way which is reflected in its pricing. The restaurants are fantastic and the views from our room were incredible.
