Luxury but disappointing service
Pros:

Beautiful luxury stay for our wedding night top quality as always

Cons:

The line for the buffet in the morning was over 100m long and there was no priority for guests. We were told to join the back of the line, but by the time we get in the breakfast service would be over. No consideration from the staff that we stay weed there for our wedding night, and not helpful at all in general. This was really disappointing

It was still a good weekend but I just expected more. The crown In Melbourne is 300% better.
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Beds are way too soft, both my wife and I had sore backs after 2 days of staying. There just little things that were off. When paying 1K per night you expect everything to be perfect and it just wasn’t. Example, both soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink were busted and sprayed soap all over the vanity and floor when using. The furniture is already outdated.

Spectacular and Impressive
Pros:

The deluxe villa was amazing, Natasha was fantastic, the butlers were so lovely, never had such a pampering experience. Staff were exceptional and accommodation truly stunning along with buffet breakfast and dinner!
