Pros:

Alles hat Problemlos funktioniert, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend, alles was man braucht von Müsli, bis Brötchen,Obst und Tomaten..... Die Zimmer sind für ein paar Nächte groß genug, wenn man aus dem Koffer leben kann... keine 5 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Vom Bahnhof hört man nicht's.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit waren Klasse. Parkmöglichkeiten mit Lademöglichkeit war Aich hervorragend

Rezeptionistin (glaube Emma heißt die junge Dame) lässt einen als Gast einfach stehen ohne jegliche Reaktion. Kein Hallo, kein kann ich helfen oder irgendetwas. Stattdessen telefonierte sie offensichtlich mit der internen IT bezüglich Betriebssystem auf den PCs. Also dann die nächste Kollegin mit Listen kam die mich ebenfalls vollkommen ignoriert hat bekam ich dann die Info auf meine Frage ob ich vielleicht schon einchecken könnte (um 14:00 Uhr statt 15:00) einen fragenden Blick. Plötzlich kam aber von der Seite "erst ab 15:00 Uhr. Ohne zu prüfen ob mein Zimmer evtl fertig ist oder dergleichen. Ich hatte sogar ein hichpreisigeres Zimmer gebucht und nach 5 h Fahrt einfach unverschämt einen stehen zu lassen und so zu reagieren. 1x und nie wieder! Zimmer toll, Lage toll aber so ein Verhalten unterirdisch. Der Herr am Abend (Rezeption war definitiv professionell und bemüht).

Ein gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Münster.
Pros:

Frühstück und Zimmer gut, auch das Bad mit barrierefreier Dusche. Personal an der Rezeption aufmerksam und freundlich. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist die Bahnhofsnähe kein akkustisches Problem.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Top Lage in Münster direkt am Bahnhof

Cons:

Im Winter zu kühle Räume
Es fehlen ein paar bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten,
wenn man sich im großen Essbereich aufhalten möchte.
Einen separaten Raum für Lesen/Spiele spielen usw. gibt es nicht und in den Zimmern fehlen Stühle.
