Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel und Zimmer. Direkt im HBF gelegen. Und man hörte die Züge nicht. Zentral gelegen, wir konnten überall zu Fuß hin kommen. Sehr gut das Frühstück.

Pros:

Alles war sehr gut. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
obwohl ich recht früh angereist war, konnte ich das Zimmer problemlos direkt beziehen.
Dass ich morgens kostenlosen Kaffee hatte fand ich einfach super.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut
Die Lage des Hotels war auch zentral und sehr gut
Die sehr gute Sauberkeit hat uns auch gefallen.
Sehr modern und farbig eingerichtet

Cons:

Es war leider kein Kleiderschrank oder Ablagen für Kleider da

Great hotel and great service!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location was ideal because we needed to use the Hauptbanhof very often, the facilities were amazing, and it was pretty clean. But the most important part was the guy that hosted us (he was from Macedonia) , he was the kindest, the most hardworking and amazing guy who truly was a high value for this Hotel and made us feel very welcomed! He was very helpful towards everything we needed, he really made our stay special✨🫶🏻!

Cons:

Personally as a person who has sleeping problems i would say that the only problem was the noises that came from the back part of hotel with pink benches during night, because the people that used to stay there were so loud and i couldn’t really concentrate to sleep, but that my problem i guess 🤝🏻🤷🏻‍♂️!
