Probably BEST stay we ever had and travel a lot..
Everything was perfect, Great facilities, beautiful hotel, friendly and well organized stuff especially Raymond 👌 was always there for us. (BIG THANK YOU)
Comfortable bed, English movies, western cusine and extremely pretty gardens at the back, especially at night ..
They also organized private tour around ancient town and school with a driver for a small fee..

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone especially if you coming from Europe or USA&Canada..

Not located where shown on booking.com's site. be cautious about relying on the websites map.

The images of the hotel were nice

Cons:

The hotel is incorrectly located on booking.com's website. It appears to be marked in the centre of the city, a few 100m from the Hilton in Taizhou. This is not the case. Being my first time into the city, i relied upon the location marked on the booking.com website to be able to select a hotel in a location that was adjacent to where the meetings i had planned. Booking.com will claim it is the hotels responsibility to correctly mark the hotel on their map. I am unclear if this is the case.

The location marked on the map is in fact a government building which was unpleasant to discover when i arrived at 10:30/11pm or so. The actual hotel itself is approximately 2 hours outside of Taizhou.

It's a drawn out and complicated process to resolve the issue of being charged for an error on booking.com's part. As expected, there are costs for the last-minute booking of another hotel, awaiting booking.com to resolve the matter and refund the hotel costs, along with the additional costs incurred due to the error on their website. It appears that booking.com are not very quick in resolving issues and it is fortunate that this is a work travel as the cost burden for last minute issues like the above may leave some issues with amounts being charged to your cards.

Also note that the dispute resolution process for booking.com will not allow emailing, you MUST use the app and the customer service email that they provide responds with "this email is no longer monitored". Which in iteself poses another challenge of being in foreign countries and with no ability to get onto a hotel wifi for a booking issue, is that there is no easy way to contact them to quickly support and resolve the issues encountered.
