I had never stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn before. This was a pleasant surprise.
Pros:

I loved the shower.
The bed was very comfortable.
I loved the blackout curtains.
The hotel was only 5 minutes from the venue.

Cons:

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included in the cost.

We contacted the hotel for late arrival of 9-10 pm, and it was confirmed. However, when we arrived, another guest walked in right beforeme, and we both stood waiting as no one was at the desk. I walked around both sides, calling out. Finally I approached the bartender and she tried looking for someone. Eventually I called a number I found on my registration, and I heard the phone ringing in the desk/office area. It took awhile after that but someone finally came to the desk.

The room was exceptionally large. The beds were super comfortable. There was no noise from outside businesses. We felt safe.

Cons:

I almost put my finger through a slot where there was no button for the right elevator. There should have been something put over the hole. Also, there were hairs in the shower.
