La ubicación no era mala

Cons:

Nos ubicaron en la habitación, en un sótano con poca luz y humedad. Además estaba próxima a la puerta de entrada y se oía el ruedo del golpe de la puerta toda la noche. En dicho sótano estaban los servicios del hotel, y de madrugada se oía como sacaban los carros de limpieza haciendo bastante ruido.

Personal inmejorable y comodidad exquisita
Pros:

Buena atención, cama cómoda y limpieza exquisita. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, tanto a la llegada como durante toda la estancia, nos recomendaron sitios de interés y lugares donde poder comer muy interesantes. El tamaño de la habitación era perfecto, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad.

Hotel bien situé pour un court séjour de transit a Lisbonne. Ses 4 etoiles sont sur-évaluées.
Pros:

Nous n'avons fait qu'une courte muit a l'hotel car notre vol était très tôt au matin. Le confort était adéquat.

Cons:

L'accueil fut assez froid de la part de la réceptionniste. Au début de notre sejour a Lisbonne, nous avions eu un hotel de moindre catégorie avec un accueil et un soucis d'aider les clients et l'écart entre les deux types d'accueil était évident.
