Good overall, just unhappy with the hotel's minimum stay policy
Pros:

Room was huge, bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel, breakfast was above average for a hotel buffet, evening staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for visiting the college.

Cons:

TV is weirdly placed in that it doesn't face anything, neither the bed nor the couch. The bar of soap in the bathroom looked used. The main issue we had, however, was not with the facility itself, but their policy regarding how many night you have to stay for weeks with "events". My child has to have surgery in a week so I wanted to book the hotel again for two nights so I can stay close by. They said they never make exceptions to their minimum stay requirement regardless of the circumstances. So, I booked a room elsewhere. Such a shame because I really wanted to have a full kitchen available.

Very accommodating and pleasant experience in Carlisle.
Pros:

Very accomodating. Our plans had changed a little before leaving KY and we decided to stay 2 nights in Carlisle. I had booked the second night. When we checked in I asked if our reservation could be checked to see if we could remain in the same room. They were happy to make it happen for us so we didn't have to change rooms the next morning.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the Carlisle hotel.

Very convenient location for my needs. I would use this facility again.
Pros:

Breakfast was on par with expectations and previous experiences at different hotels. I really liked the poppyseed loaf. I took a piece back to the room to have when I returned later in the day. YUMMY!!!

Cons:

I was traveling with my grandsons. I gave them the King bed and I took the sofa bed. However, the sofa is positioned so that the A/C blows directly onto the occupant. I was a frozen popsicle and the blanket provided was inadequate. I tried raising the temp to 70, but the heat then went on, so I kept it at 69 degrees. I wrapped myself in the blanket like a burrito
