The location is very convenient. It is close to the main sights in Asakusa and about 8 minutes from the metro stations, shops, and supermarkets, while the street itself is quiet.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff cleaned it once a day. We were also able to leave our luggage before check-in.
It would be nice to have a small kitchen in such a big apartment instead of 1 of the couches 🙂
I would also prefer to send all the guest information in advance, so we wouldn’t need to register four people in the hall after a long trip. Just a suggestion 🙂
La ubicación y el personal muy amable y dispuesto a todo
Nada
Excellent service by Hiro , and the rest of the staff, very friendly and respectful. The property is very clean complete amenities even smallest details like shower cap , cotton buds , cotton for face , elastic for hair , bathrobes, plates , glass, coffee cups , kettle , welcome goodies , coffee sachet , tea creamer sugar very good for a family . Plus the housekeeping done everyday .. 👍👍👍. Location close to everything walking distance around asakusa’s temple, Don Q, ROXY, subway ..
Nothing
The kindest staff, comfort
Far from subway
Comfortable beds. Neat and tidy.
Noise disturbance from guest on the floor above.
Spacious room with 2 beds, futon/couch, small table, and stool. Private toilet and shower in room (toilet and shower separated). Room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Elevator for guest use. Staff was accommodating. Great location for shopping kappabashi street and not a super crowded neighborhood. Saving on our list of places to stay in Tokyo.
Nothing. (FYI: rooms cleaned daily between 11am-1pm, no breakfast options at hotel, maybe 4-6 rooms in total at the hotel).
Very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and even posted belongings we left behind to our next destination.
The location is quite far from the city but subway station is not far away and bigger Ueno station was a manageable walk even with luggage. Being out of the city meant there were lots of smaller shops and cafes/restaurants, wish we had longer to explore locally!
This hotel is wonderful. Mr Hiroyuki is a great host, he is there to greet you at all hours when you enter or leave. He went above and beyond for us, my wife left her cell phone in an Uber and he got the information from us and called the taxi company to arrange the return of her phone. This was very above and beyond, he also took the time to help get our bags shipped to our next hotel for us. If we get to come back to Japan again I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are really nice and spacious for Japanese hotels and extremely clean. I can’t say enough of how impressed I was with this stay
Confort de la chambre Gentillesse du patron Équipement complet
Manque de place pour poser une grande valise ouverte
Location was great, close to train stations, market and everything we needed.
Everything! How spacious the rooms were and the staff was amazing.
Big space of the room, enough for more than 4 person stay. Walk around very convenient, shop nearby.
Loved everything about this place! Staff were amazing, place was great, super clean, great location and they offered washing services with our washing returned cleaned and folded same day. Definitely recommend.
We loved this condo! Super convenient location—about 10 minutes to the train stations, 1 minute to a grocery store, and just 5 minutes to all the great shopping and restaurants.
The host was extremely nice and accommodating; he even went out of his way to get a hair diffuser attachment for my daughter upon request. The laundry service was a huge plus, and the place itself was spotless. The family room was huge (which is rare in Tokyo), and we had individual beds for all five of us, so everyone was comfortable.
Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for families looking for convenience, comfort, and exceptional hospitality
The location was fabulous, a short walk to the Main Street and temples, river walk and train stations. Enough room for 4 people, a dining table, balcony and it was very clean and quiet. Hiroyuki was a lovely man who was always waiting with a smile and a greeting (usually virtually but that was okay too). This was a great place to stay in Tokyo if you want somewhere a bit quieter with more room. The streets are impeccably clean and safe. The beds were comfortable and the water and snacks provided were very well received. We walked to Ueno station with luggage and it was easy to find our way to the Shinkansen (rather than changing trains in peak hour from a local station).
Nothing. We were really happy with everything, thank you.
