Pros:

Le quartier paisible et plaisant

Cons:

J’ai passé un agréable séjour au Limehome Barcelona Digital Access. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé, ce qui est un vrai point positif.
En revanche, quelques améliorations pourraient rendre l’expérience encore meilleure. L’insonorisation des chambres est insuffisante : on entend facilement les conversations et les bruits provenant des chambres voisines ainsi que du couloir.
Dans la salle de bain, il serait pratique d’ajouter davantage de porte-serviettes ou de patères pour suspendre les affaires.
Il serait également appréciable d’installer des volets ou des stores plus occultants aux fenêtres afin de limiter l’entrée de la lumière du jour. De plus, l’éclairage du couloir restait allumé en permanence, ce qui laissait passer de la lumière sous la porte de la chambre pendant la nuit.
Enfin, j’ai apprécié la mise à disposition du café et du thé. Ajouter quelques snacks ou petites collations dans la chambre serait un petit plus très apprécié par les voyageurs.
Dans l’ensemble, le séjour a été agréable grâce au quartier paisible et à la praticité de l’établissement, mais ces quelques améliorations contribueraient à un meilleur confort.

Wonderful stay, would recommend to others
Pros:

Wonderful location with lots of local shops and cafes. I didn't like La Rambla because it was packed with tourists. This area was wonderful, just walking down the long beautiful roads surrounded by friendly locals was wonderful.
Santa Maria station is about a 12 min walk
The room was very clean, spacious, bathroom was good with shower having strong pressure.
I was in the twin beds room and the bed was comfortable.
Most importantly the AC was strong and working perfectly, cooling the room very well.
Bathroom was clean
Getting inside was easy, I arrived at night around 2am. It was easy to get it with the code to the building and room. Do note that for the building code you need press the "Key picture" on the pad before putting the numbers. This is also shown on the code they will provide for you.
The staff was wonderful and didn't disturb me.
The room was quiet. There was a mini fridge which was clean and which kept my water cold. And there was an iron with a mini ironboard. The closest was large, spacious, with about 5-6 hangers.
I think overall it's a wonderful place to stay and I would certainly come again.

Cons:

Can be a little pricey compared to other places.
Could do with a remote control for the AC

Poche attenzioni in più per avere una recensione decisamente migliore
Pros:

Posizione ottima perché vicina ad un parking coperto (a pagamento) e ad una fermata della metro
Quando ho chiamato il numero per assistenza una signorina, molto gentile, ha risolto in tempi rapidi il problema
Camera ampia e pulita così come il bagno

Cons:

Ho prenotato dal mio account n.2 camere singole ma ho ricevuto il link solo per una camera.
Non era chiaro come usare l'ascensore
Il WiFi non ha funzionato per tutta la permanenza (non veniva trovata la linea a cui connettersi)

It definitely exceeded my expectations
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was good – quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the metro and bus station, which made getting around Barcelona very convenient. We also appreciated the easy digital access and the flexibility of being allowed an earlier check-in after our request on the day of our arrival.

The interior was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Small details made a big difference, such as the coffee maker with complimentary coffee capsules and the small fridge in the room, which we highly appreciated.

Cons:

La estancia no ha resultado cómoda. Al llegar al hotel no había aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes y tanto el ascensor como la séptima planta estaban a una temperatura muy alta, hasta el punto de resultar agobiante. Además, con una tarifa de 180 € por noche, la ausencia de recepción presencial y un sistema de acceso mediante aplicaciones digitales poco claro no están a la altura de lo esperado para una estancia confortable.

Pros:

We don't have a breakfast here. The location was okay. We expected that is closer to the stations, but it was okay 10-12minutes from bus/metro station. We really like the way communication about towels, when we need clean towels, we only need to put them on the floor.

Cons:

When we arrive in room there was some seeds on floor.

Location good but wouldn't recommend with that price
Pros:

The location was good. Price was too much for what we got. Room was really really small but clean.

Cons:

We arrived on the first night to a blackout, no elevator working and we had 60kg of luggage to drag up 5 floors. That also meant no water in the room.

We asked for several requests, one being a lower floor, one being later check out - both were denied. Seems like all requests are declined.
