Confortável e boa localização
Pros:

Estava bem limpo, bem confortável, fácil acesso próximo da estação Maria Cristina. O ônibus da city tour também para em um ponto próximo.

Cons:

No banheiro, o box estava vazando água por debaixo do vidro e molhou muito o banheiro. O funcionário foi bem prestativo e colocou silicone, mas não resolveu 100%.

Pros:

Good location, about a 10-minute walk from Maria Cristina metro station. Modern renovation and comfortable beds. The remote check-in process was straightforward and easy to understand (although this could be an issue for travelers without internet access, it wasn’t a problem for us). There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, and the capsules were regularly replenished.

Cons:

The main downside was the noise, which made it difficult to sleep. The walls are very thin, but unfortunately we were also unlucky with our neighbors. Since there is essentially no reception or staff in the evening and at night, there was no one to ask the neighbors to keep the noise down. They were shouting for half the night, walking loudly through the corridor, slamming doors, etc., with no consideration for other guests. The hotel is clearly aware of the problem, as they provide earplugs on the bedside table when you check in.
