Horrorosa. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel después de la primera noche.

Pros:

El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado. Hay restaurantes al alrededor y fácil acceso a buses y el metro al rededor de 15 minutos caminando.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos a hacer el check in, las paredes del baño estaban sucias, tenían pelos y un mueble sucio con migas de comida lo que hizo imposible su uso durante nuestra estadía.
Al momento de comunicarnos con el alojamiento, no pudieron hacer mucho porque el servicio de limpieza funciona hasta una cierta hora y luego de eso no hay nadie quien pueda ayudarte con requerimientos básicos en el edificio.
Hicimos algunos requerimientos y todos fueron denegados por WhatsApp. Desde pedir si es que tenían otra habitación disponible para nosotros (que esté limpia), hasta pedimos toallas extras porque el piso del baño quedaba todo mojado después de ducharse, ya que la ducha no cerraba bien.

Me hubiera gustado contar con una botella de agua de cortesía, porque llegué - a pesar de mis planes, de llegar temprano - de noche y de casualidad conseguí comprar fuera una botella de agua que para mi es imprescindible. Igualmente, agradezco haber pasado cómoda y la corrección en todos los aspectos. Gracias.

Cons:

- mijn kamer was super klein in verhouding met de kamer van een vriendin op kamer 505, deze was 2 keer zo groot, beiden hadden wij een 2 persoonskamer geboekt.
- na bevraging voor een ruimer kamer was dit niet mogelijk
- de eerste avond was er geen water voor een lange periode
- 2 dagen geen druk op het water, er kwam nauwelijks water uit de douchekraan en de regendouche werkte al helemaal niet
- ook de beloofde herstelling door technieker werd niet uitgevoerd
- na 2 dagen hebben wij een nieuwe kamer gekregen
