The hotel was clean, the service was good and the location was close to the attraction areas.

The property was filthy, Shower was disgusting. The bed sheets were stained with urine and hair. We requested replacements and they were just as bad. The staff managed to take one of my cards by mistake and the hotel were denied it until it was returned but cut into pieces. Aircon was rubbish.

The hotel infrastructure is good, although some renovation could be done at least in the room I stayed. And the shuttle had its air-conditionair broken (Please FIX IT, since temperature was around 35ºC!!!). Breakfast was enough (the hotel itself is not big, so I understand they do not offer a huge variety, but still good. From the hotel almost all hot spots are reached by walking a few minutes (Mosques, Markets, Bazaars, etc), and the surroundings offers lots of varieties of food. The staff was awesome. Me and family got sick, but they tried to do whatever was needed so we became comfortable - Thanks guys!!! All in all, I don't regret and would definitely come back.

The first few days the air conditioning was not working so I told them had to go to one of the other shops to buy a fan due to heat and one problem when there is a power outage they have no back generator

The room in the first floor were horrible wired smell was coming from the bathrooms they were cacorachs and bugs in the room the bed was good for short peoples only not comfortable at all ;but the people who were greeting us st the lobby were nice people,in general i dont recommend this hotel.

WORST SPA!

I stayed in June 2024. The hotel is fine however, It had a leak in the bathroom which meant that the floor was always wet. Fridge was not working. I also noticed that housekeeping did not change bedding in 5 days and simply tidied and restocked the room. Minimal cleaning took place.

The staff were very friendly and nice. They were always available and generally helpful. I do recommend the hotel transfer if you’re looking for convenience. I believe it is around €40 each way.

The spa was extremely disappointing. I did the hammam, sauna, steam and massage (€60). The Hammam consisted of my skin being scrubbed raw with water and the tradition glove, no soap. Sauna and steam were fine. The massage was not even a massage, it was just oil being rubbed on and for some reason, popping all of my knuckled, EVEN MY TOES. The masseuse used her elbows on my back bones. BONES!! And when I thought it could not get any worse, there was a head massage. This consisted of a crap load of oil in my freshly washed hair and her nails harshly scratching my scalp. To the point that I had to tell her to stop. So much happened that I cant remember now but it was bad. The staff were nice but very unskilled with no real training. If you want your whole day ruined and money to be wasted, i highly recommend this spa. If you want a real hammam and a good massage, there are so many available in the local area. Ayasofya Hürrem Sultan Hamamı is only a few minutes walk away from the hotel.

This was a small and compact property but orovudrd everything we need for a 4 night stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful .

War in Ordnung - befindet sich in einer Renovierungsphase gerade, also etwas laut und Arbeiten finden auch Nachts statt.

I liked the location, even though it can be noisy at 4 or 5 am. I also liked transfer to the airport (not free but adequate). Breakfast was decent, though juices had a weird taste. I ended up drinking for breakfast a glass of plain water (excellent water actually) and then a cup of tea. Wifi was not adequate. Besides password, it required a registration which did not work in a predictable way and on one my device, it did not work at all. The worst thing was a broken refrigerator.

Great location in the hear of Sultanahmet. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Amazing breakfast layout. Fantastic views of Hagia Sophia from the terrace. Highly recommend.

I wanted to put a review on here as it is true what booking.com says the hotel is exceptional. Very clean always. Big rooms with a walk in storage cupboard- this was in the most basic room. The hotel couldn’t be in a better location for seeing Istanbul. 3 mins to the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, grand bazaar and the T1 tram that takes you straight over to Taxim square and the Galeta tower. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
