A few nights in the fairy chimney
Pros:

We did the red tour and green tour, both was excellent with excellent guides. The hotel helped us to book all trips and the hot air balloon. The manager went out of his way to help us with all our trips and to ensure all our needs were met. Excellent place.

Best hotel I have ever stayed.
Pros:

The hotel was in a perfect location. Easy to walk anywhere in Goreme. The city also has a pay station on the street to access the lookout point, by staying in this hotel you got to pass it for free! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us. The manager was able to book our tours and help us change them last minute. Breakfast was amazing, best I had the entire trip. Authentic and homemade. Rooms were beautiful and very clean, authentic cave style. Rooftop patio was a perfect place to enjoy a drink before/after dinner as well. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We had a great stay and would come back any day.
Pros:

Very clean. The room was exactly as per the pics provided, spacious, well decorated and comfortably warm as it was cold outside. The bathrooms was large and clean. The staff clean meticulously and are generous with their provision of products.

Excelente trato del personal. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y amplia. Las vistas son lindas.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar mucho. Las opciones son acotadas y el lugar donde se sirve no es para nada lindo, y muy pequeño. Y deberían tener desayuno desde más temprano. Las 8:30 es muy tarde para las actividades que hay en el lugar.

Mucho cuidado al contratar servicios con este alojamiento: su único objetivo es estafar al turista.
A través de Booking, intentaron vendernos un vuelo en globo por 300 €, luego bajaron a 250 € y finalmente "cerramos" el trato en el hotel por 200 € para volar al amanecer. La realidad fue un engaño: mientras todos los globos despegaron antes del alba, a nosotros nos hicieron salir una hora tarde, perdiéndonos la experiencia que habíamos contratado.
Lo peor no fue el engaño, sino la reacción del personal. Al intentar reclamar un precio justo por un servicio que no cumplieron, el encargado empezó a gritarnos violentamente y a faltarnos el respeto, soltando mentiras y excusas baratas a la cara. Por si fuera poco, nos cobraron 15 € por el shuttle al aeropuerto cuando al resto de viajeros les cobraban 10 €. Son unos oportunistas que arruinan la experiencia del viaje. No malgastéis vuestro dinero ni vuestra paciencia aquí.

Echtes Höhlenflair mit sehr schönem Ausblick.
Pros:

Wir waren als Familie zwei Nächte im Avilla Cave Hotel: Ein Zwischenstopp auf der Fahrt von Istanbul nach Ölüdeniz, um Kappadokien kennenzulernen und einen Ballonflug zu versuchen. Dafür war das Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl.

Die Unterkunft vermittelt sehr gut das Gefühl, wie es ist, in einer in den Fels gehauenen Höhle zu wohnen. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten mit großem Wohn- und Schlafbereich, separatem Kinderzimmer und einem großen Bad mit Zugang von beiden Räumen. Die Einrichtung w verbindet Höhlenflair mit türkischen und antik-griechischen Elementen. Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Insgesamt machte alles einen gepflegten Eindruck.

Ein Highlight ist die Lage: Vom Hotel aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über Göreme. Es liegt hinter der Bezahlschranke zu den Aussichtpunkten, für die andere Gäste des Ortes Eintritt zahlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Eine Unklarheit bei der Bezahlung wurde schnell und unkompliziert geklärt.

Das Frühstück war typisch türkisch, vielfältig und frisch, mit Buffet und zusätzlich bestellbaren Speisen wie Omelett oder Türkischem Kaffee.

Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein authentisches Höhlenerlebnis in guter Lage suchen.

Perfekte Lage in Göreme
Pros:

Die Lage im Ort ist top, Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken und der Gastgeber ist supernett. Alles ist sauber, es wird gut geheizt.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist zwar riesig, aber Spaghetti, Pommes, Kuchen und Co. müssten meiner Meinung nach nicht sein. Lieber kleinere Auswahl dafür qualitativ hochwertigere Produkte zb bei den Säften oder Brot.
