very memorable stay at Goreme
Pros:

location was superb. Metin was great by helping us arranging for hot air balloon ride. He really took care of us during our stay.

とにかく優しかったです。家族でやられていて、娘さんにも会うことができました。
アーリーチェックインやツアーの手配、タクシーの手配など様々なことに応じてくださり、レセプションへ行くたびにターキッシュティーをだしていただきました(*^^*)
英語もかたことだったのですが、優しく聞き入れてくださりました。

I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

The food and the service was outstanding! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect. The view from the roof top is beautiful and it is a short walk to hill top where you have 360 degree view of area and hot air balloons in the morning. The rooms are comfortable and warm and quiet. It could not have been nicer!

Cons:

Because it is a cave hotel there is no window in the bathroom and the ventilation is poor.

超值的入住体验
Pros:

真正的洞穴酒店，房间干净整洁，很有特色，温度和干湿度正合适。酒店员工都很热情友好，主动帮忙停车，提供热气球、日落ATV等服务，特别是前台接待（可能是老板或者管家）态度特别好，有宾至如归的体会。早餐很丰盛，特别美味，还每天有不同的蛋糕、蛋饼等等。总之，酒店性价比很高。

Exceptional stay with superb customer service and made us feel at home.
Pros:

Avilla Cave Hotel is an amazing place to stay during your stay in Goreme. The staff are very friendly and warm welcoming (Thanks to Mr.Metin and Mustafa and their team). The breakfast was exceptional and amazing best we ever had on our Turkey trip. Prime spot for sunset and sunrise just 5mins from the accomodation. We had a great stay and would rate Avilla a full 10/10.

The best accomodation choice in Cappadocia.
Pros:

After staying at Avilla their excellent review is no surprise. The location was perfect , the place was clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I can not stress this enough. The view was magical due to its elevated location. Metin as to be the one of the best host hands down in all of properties I have ever stayed in. The price was reasonable and Metin made all the booking for activities a breeze so all we had to do was to enjoe the holiday. If I ever go to Cappadocia again I am definitely stying at Avilla cave hotel.

Pros:

Highly recommend this gem! Beautiful little hotel, in an excellent location.Tthe rooms were clean and very comfortable. We had a great view of Goreme from our terrace. The view point is very near and restaurants available around the hotel. Short walk to the main streets of Goreme.
What makes this hotel extra special is Metin and his team. Always available with a smile, sharing information and organising all amazing tours. Lovely breakfast spread as well.
