Tutto molto bello, la camera in stile ampia e pulitissima, staff molto gentile e disponibile ( abbiamo prenotato quasi tutte le escursioni con loro, in base alle nostre richieste ed esigenze ). La sera al nostro rientro abbiamo sempre fatto delle belle chiacchierate con Cena,, come se fossimo vecchi amici. Colazione varia, sia dolce che salata. Posizione molto vicina al View point( la sera chiudono la strada che porta al View point , facendo pagare, ma la location e' poco dopo la chiusura, quindi anche molto tranquillo). Essendo in posizione gia' alta rispetto al paese, si potevano guardare le terrazze dislocate in paese e ascoltare della piacevole musica nei vari terrazzamenti dell'albergo). Consigliatissimo

El hotel es una maravilla. El personal es muy cercano y profesional, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Desayuno casero muy rico y variado. Ubicación de 10, justo al lado del sunset point para ver todo el pueblo de Goreme, los globos y a pie de todos los restaurantes y servicios. La cama comodísima y la decoración del hotel y las habitaciones es preciosas. Repetiremos!!

全部！房间布置精致，有很多地毯和挂毯。宽敞干净，卫生间也没什么洞穴酒店传说会有的潮味霉味；打扫房间很细致，我的泰迪熊都被安详地放在枕头上hhh。露台基本是göreme最高的之一了；而且随时可以爬上观景台。离停车场也很近。老板和员工们都非常友善，介绍热气球和红绿线tours超级耐心。在kapadokya的两天体验感翻倍

Tutto. La struttura si trova in un punto tattico della città di Göreme, molto vicino al sunset point il che permette di accedervi quando si vuole senza dover pagare. È un cave hotel molto affascinante e ben fornito, con camere spaziose, confortevoli e fresche. La colazione è ottima e varia, abbiamo potuto provare di tutto e soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Ma la vera differenza la fa Metin, il suo proprietario: sempre disponibile, sorridente, si prende a cuore i desideri dei suoi ospiti. Con noi è stato davvero fantastico, ci ha prenotato i tour e le navette, oltre che la mongolfiera. Per 3 mattine di fila cancellate, la 4 ci siamo riusciti e lui ha reso tutto il processo e l’organizzazione al top! Per me la migliore esperienza in assoluto in un hotel, lo consiglio davvero a chiunque.

We loved the Avilla Cave Hotel. It was clean, quiet and surprisingly spacious. We liked the location near the top of a hill overlooking Goreme. There were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Metin and his staff made us feel at home. One employee and her daughter (forgive me for forgetting names!) prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning for all the guests. And, she went out of her way to make a small cake for my wife's birthday. We found the cake in our room refrigerator when we returned from a long day of touring - a wonderful and thoughtful surprise! Metin handled our tours, balloon ride and anything else we asked of him. If we are blessed to be able to return to the Cappadocia region, we will definitely stay at the Avilla Cave Hotel.

Il soggiorno all’Avilla Cave Hotel è stato davvero fantastico. La struttura è bellissima, caratteristica e immersa nella magica atmosfera di Göreme, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza sono le persone.
Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, sempre gentilissimo e super disponibile. La sua attenzione è iniziata ancora prima del nostro arrivo, aiutandoci a organizzare tutto al meglio e dandoci consigli preziosi, comprese le escursioni. Sempre presente, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità, con una gentilezza davvero rara.
La colazione è ricca, varia e buonissima, perfetta per iniziare la giornata prima di andare alla scoperta della Cappadocia.
La location, già di per sé, avrebbe reso speciale il soggiorno, ma sono proprio l’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza delle persone a trasformare una bella esperienza in un ricordo davvero indimenticabile.

Our stay was excellent. Metin is by far the best host I have ever met, incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs always with a smile, suggesting things to see, or helping us book balloons, car rental, airport transfers.
Breakfast is excellent and rich, rooms are large and built in traditional caves, water is offered complimentary every day, the view from the terraces is fantastic and the hotel is inside the area to access the sunset viewpoint, so you can get there for free anytime.
You can literally see the balloons flying from your room or the terrace.
