Unique and memorable experience at Cigno Hotel
Pros:

This is a fabulous boutique hotel and an absolute oasis in the city of Merida. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. Our suite was lovely and well appointed. The dining experience was superb and the food was at an elevated level. So much so that we chose not to dine elsewhere during our stay in Merida. All of the staff were excellent and most accommodating. They had their own unique take on what were delicious and innovative cocktails using local ingredients.
The decor of the courtyard, restaurant and other public rooms were beautiful and unique. The hotel and restaurant are deserving of their Michelin status.
We would most definitely return in the future.

Cons:

We had a car so the distance from city centre and shopping was not a deterrent. We also walked to the centre. Just plan your walk when it’s not too hot. Before 11 am or after 3:30

Excelente Descanso
Pros:

Instalaciones de primera. El hotel es precioso.
La atención excelente. Todos fueron muy amables
La comida del restaurante muy buena tanto para desayuno como almuerzo y cena.
EL hecho de que tengan estacionamiento propio en esa zona, es buenísimo.

Struttura molto bella, ricavata da una vecchia casa coloniale ristrutturata con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Gli spazi sono molto curati e la stanza è ampia, elegante e rifinita con grande stile.
Il personale è eccezionale, sempre attento, disponibile e presente, facendo sentire l’ospite davvero accolto. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche le aree comuni, perfette per rilassarsi e prendere il sole. Molto comodo il parcheggio incluso.
Ottima la colazione à la carte, con una buona selezione, così come il ristorante interno. La posizione è buona, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro

Cons:

La stanza è molto bella, ma il bagno, pur avendo tutto il necessario, potrebbe essere più curato nei dettagli, soprattutto se confrontato con il resto della struttura. Inoltre, ci sono molte zanzare, ma questo è un aspetto comune a tutta Mérida; in ogni caso, il personale fornisce un antizanzare da portare con sé, molto utile

Pros:

This is Merida’s best kept secret. Absolutely outstanding service. I must say you’re a fool if you don’t try the wine and cocktail pairing. The Chef is very humble, creative and truly knowledgeable.

Delicioso!!
Pros:

Wat een heerlijk hotel! Kleinschalig qua opzet wat het erg intiem maakt. Niet alleen prachtig ingericht maar ook echt gezellig en met aandacht.
Iedereen is reuze aardig. Het hotel ligt iets uit het centrum van Merida maar wij vonden dat geen enkel probleem. De Uber brengt je overal.
Heerlijk ontbijt! En meest briljant is de steamer op de kamer. Ik roep al jaren dat hotels dit moeten hebben ipv mijn eigen steamer steeds mee te slepen:)
