Excelente Descanso
Pros:

Instalaciones de primera. El hotel es precioso.
La atención excelente. Todos fueron muy amables
La comida del restaurante muy buena tanto para desayuno como almuerzo y cena.
EL hecho de que tengan estacionamiento propio en esa zona, es buenísimo.

Soggiorno eccellente e struttura assolutamente consigliata

Struttura molto bella, ricavata da una vecchia casa coloniale ristrutturata con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Gli spazi sono molto curati e la stanza è ampia, elegante e rifinita con grande stile.
Il personale è eccezionale, sempre attento, disponibile e presente, facendo sentire l’ospite davvero accolto. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche le aree comuni, perfette per rilassarsi e prendere il sole. Molto comodo il parcheggio incluso.
Ottima la colazione à la carte, con una buona selezione, così come il ristorante interno. La posizione è buona, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro

Cons:

La stanza è molto bella, ma il bagno, pur avendo tutto il necessario, potrebbe essere più curato nei dettagli, soprattutto se confrontato con il resto della struttura. Inoltre, ci sono molte zanzare, ma questo è un aspetto comune a tutta Mérida; in ogni caso, il personale fornisce un antizanzare da portare con sé, molto utile

Pros:

This is Merida’s best kept secret. Absolutely outstanding service. I must say you’re a fool if you don’t try the wine and cocktail pairing. The Chef is very humble, creative and truly knowledgeable.

Delicioso!!
Pros:

Wat een heerlijk hotel! Kleinschalig qua opzet wat het erg intiem maakt. Niet alleen prachtig ingericht maar ook echt gezellig en met aandacht.
Iedereen is reuze aardig. Het hotel ligt iets uit het centrum van Merida maar wij vonden dat geen enkel probleem. De Uber brengt je overal.
Heerlijk ontbijt! En meest briljant is de steamer op de kamer. Ik roep al jaren dat hotels dit moeten hebben ipv mijn eigen steamer steeds mee te slepen:)

Einer der schlechtesten Hotelaufenthalte der letzten Jahre (wir sind eigentlich meist zufrieden)

- Nettes Reinigungspersonal
- Kostenloser Parkplatz
- Tägliche Zimmerreinigung

Cons:

- Betrügerisches Verhalten (ein Restaurantbeleg wurde gefälscht und 20% Trinkgeld verrechnet)
- Geiz (sie wollten Kaffeekapseln und zerbrochene Wasserflasche verrechnen)
- Sehr hellhöriges Haus und laute Geräusche
- Viele Mücken im Bad
- Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen
- Essen war mittelmässig

Le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j'ai été
Pros:

Cet hôtel est un paradis. Tout est beau et en regardant à nouveau les photos sur Booking au moment d’écrire ces mots, cela me rappelle d’excellents souvenirs. Je montre les photos que j’ai prises de l’hôtel pour susciter les jalousies de mes amis.

La chambre était fantastique, ainsi que le service, avec une attention particulière de Mauricio, que je remercie encore ! Nous avions la chance que notre chambre ait un accès direct sur les piscines du haut, qui bien sûr sont accessibles à tous. L’odeur dans la chambre en entrant, wow. J’en ai acheté le parfum auprès de Michelle l’avant-dernier jour.

En y restant une semaine, j'y ai appris le nom d'une bonne partie des membres du personnel et ils connaissaient le miens. Merci encore à Jennifer, Michelle, Perla, Darwin, Emmanuel, Francisco, Mauricio et aux autres! Une super équipe. Ce fut un plaisir de les connaître.

Le restaurant : top ! On a essayé le maximum. Au petit déjeuner : l’Avocado Toast, le French Toast, les Chilaquiles, les Enmoladas et plus tard le Risotto, les tacos, et il y avait aussi beaucoup d’autres choses. Tout était très bon.

Pour ma part j’ai utilisé le service lessive, et à nouveau : top. Je laissais des vêtements dans ma chambre à 9h00 et je recevais un message via WhatsApp vers 11h00 qu’ils étaient de retour propres dans la chambre. Idéal pour une petite valise.

Je retournerai à Mérida et c’est dans cet hôtel que je retournerai, c’est sûr. C’est bien un hôtel 5 étoiles, et il mérite absolument 10/10.

Le parking : top. Si je peux me permettre, je recommande de soit louer une voiture (permis belge/français/européen tout à fait suffisant, aucun souci particulier), soit de prendre Uber. À Mérida, c’est un peu nécessaire pour des touristes étrangers comme moi, vu la configuration de la ville, des transports publics et surtout de la chaleur permanente.
