Great hotel to relax after a long day in Bangkok with many smiles to welcome you to make you feel at home. We have only two complains that can be improve, the breakfast quality and the black out curtains which let the sun pass in the morning.

I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to Scarlett, the Korean staff member who helped us so much during our stay. We were in a difficult situation with getting to and from the golf course, but she immediately offered the hotel shuttle and took care of everything for us.
She also recommended great places around the area and always welcomed us with a bright smile. She genuinely made our trip so much better.
Because of Scarlett, our family will always remember this hotel fondly. She was our lifesaver, and we’re truly grateful for her kindness and warm support.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ascott in Bangkok. The rooms were spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, offering all the comfort you could ask for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great service. The location is perfect — close to great restaurants, shopping, and transport. The facilities, especially the pool and gym, were top-notch and made the stay even better. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Bangkok!
It's clean and spacious, which is nice, and I feel good because all the staff are kind. They carry all the luggage too, and especially the Nam and Kaew staff!! You're so kind. I’ve been staying in the hotel for 1 month, it’s a lovely hotel, friendly staff and clean environment. Also, walkable distance to the new shopping mall Central Park. I will choose it again next time.
Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay. The hotel was well maintained and our room was big and clean. The hotel's shuttle service was very convenient and helped us travel around the city easily.
The highlight however was the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. Pete in particular looked after us well and made sure we were comfortable.
