Pros:

The staff was very polite. Our room was nice and clean. Also the hotel is close to the metro station which made transportation during our trip in Frankfurt easier.

Voelt als luxe!
Pros:

Nette hotel, geeft een 5-sterren indruk. Erg attent dat de kinderen bij aankomst een virgin cocktail aangeboden kregen!

De warme, mooie kleuren in de kamer en douche(!) zorgden meteen voor een gezellige en fijne sfeer.

Cons:

Het lukte mij niet om de airco uit te zetten. Maar heb er verder geen last van gehad.

Pros:

Es ist schwer etwas zu finden, was mit nicht gefallen hat. Nach diesem Hotelaufenthalt ist es schwer, nochmal woanders in Frankfurt unterzukommen.

Cons:

Eine Kinderspielecke im Frühstücksraum wäre noch toll. Und ein Fahrradverleih.

Dirty, dusty, filthy Studio, rude staff
Cons:

The Studio was dirty, the bedsheets had stains and the cushions in the bed-couch where also dirty and dusty. I would never go near that and lay. I told them to wash them, but they just swapped other dirty cushions from another room. Filthy...

When you enter the room there is a bad smell. I opened the window but the open is very narrow. Its obvious their rooms are never used, cleaned or filled with fresh air.

The washing machine smells like some dead animal was there.
The kitchen equipment is also dirty.

The water tap Spout in the kitchen has a hair on it. You could get a serious infection if you drink water from there.

Now to the staff. Rude and incompetent. They didnt clean the room as I told them. They where untruthful about giving a refund. Overall i would advise keeping away from this hotel.

Cons:

Ich hatte zwei Zimmer zum Innenhof gebucht; erhalten haben wir zwei Zimmer zur Straße, direkt neben einer Baustelle, deren Arbeiten um halb sieben gestartet haben und direkt über der Anlieferung und der Müllabfuhr. es war unangenehm laut. Für die Unanehmlickeiten wurden uns dann die Parkgebühren erlassen.
Eines der Zimmer war ein Behindertenzimmer, am Ende eines ewig langen Ganges; wer plant den sowas?
