Way Below Expectations
Pros:

-Only way to get ice is call Guest Services and have delivered to room-Took over an hour. Went downstairs with bucket. Was told to go back to room and a Butler would deliver. Took another 1/2 hour.
-New woman at check in counter-very nice but she was not ready to be alone.They keep saying Customers are their top priority. Really?
-last day of stay-very cold outside and room temp was 66. Called guest services-this time-nobody came!

Thanksgiving family break.
Pros:

Family trip for thanksgiving. It’s our 3rd (I think) year for the holiday. We had a great time. The rooms are beautiful and the staff does a great job. The pools are great and VERY clean since they’re packed. It’s crowded , but a fun experience nonetheless.

An Excellent Stay at The Boca Raton
Pros:

I had an incredible stay at The Boca Raton !! The gorgeous newly renovated Tower Rooms overlooking Lake Boca and the Ocean was incredible. The Hotel and Resort facilities were 2nd to none. I will be back to enjoy more of the resort soon!

A plesant retreat on a workation.
Pros:

My wife and i throughly enjoyed our stay of 5 nights at the Towers.
The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel so comfortamble that you get nervous. The personal butler service make s you feel pampered. For us it was a part work part relaxation stay.
Worth every penny.
