Otelde iki kez kaldık. İlkinde hizmetten çok etkilendik. İkincisi fena değildi, ancak ne yazık ki oda kanalizasyon sistemi yüzünden o kadar kötü kokuyordu ki uyumakta zorlandık. En önemlisi, park etmek için araba anahtarımızı aldılar ama görünüşe göre anahtarı düşürüp pahalı anahtarı kırmışlar. Sorunu onlarla paylaştık ama hiç umursamadılar.

We were really happy. Very clean hotel. The reception suggests us a very good tour with a very good travel agency. Abdullah was vety helpful and so polite. We will come back and high recommend this hotel

Stellar hotel, and worthy of the 5-star rating. Staff anticipated every need. They were fast, efficient, and gracious. Breakfast buffet was enormous, with a huge array of selections. Room was large and comfortable, with direct-plug outlets for USB, as well as built-in power adapters for a variety of plugs.
I highly recommend this place.

Amazing standard of service from the reception staff to the housekeepers.
Must give a shoutout to Zilin and Abdullah they went above and beyond for us, would seriously stay at this hotel again because of these reasons.

Öncelikle otelin konumu ,karşılama, odalarda n temizliği çok güzeldi .personel ilgisi ,hizmeti de çok iyiydi.tam memnun bir şekilde ayrılacakken arkamızdan personelin koşturması ,mini bar ürünü bir çikolatanın paketinin ucundan açık olması dolayısıyla ücret talep edildi .çikolatayı yemediğimizi ve pakete de dokunmadığımızı söylememize ragmen ücrette ısrar edildi ..koskaca otelin 45 TL peşine düşmesi dokunmadığım,yemediğim birşeyi ödenmesi konusunda ısrar etmesi hoş olmadı .

Oda ses yalıtımı berbattı. Koridordaki tüm konuşmalar, kapı sesleri içerideydi. Bu durumda oda içerisindeki mahremiyette iyi durumda değildi.
