An absolutely fabulous stay! I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when I return

The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. The front desk team, in particular, was exceptional, offering helpful local insights and welcoming me with genuine hospitality.

Cons:

Because the AC wouldn't cool, I had to open the window, causing noise issues. I didn't mention it to staff, as I know it was a limitation of the current weather/system

اطلالة الجناح رائعة و وسيع
اطلالة الفطور رائعة
الستاف ممتازين حتى اخر الليل و هم يستجيبوا لطلباتنا

الحمام مكشوف بسبب انه الباب مايغطي كامل الحمام
الفطور مو خمسة نجوم غير متنوع و الجودة عادية
في قاعة افراح في الفندق و الصوت ممكن يكون مزعج بعض الايام

جميل الفندق والاجمل مكان الفطور بالدور 7 اطلالته جميلة،
فيه خدمة توقيف السيارة يريحك من قروشت مواقفهم وحوستها
الشارع مليان كوفيهات حولك وكثير منها تفتح الى ساعات متاخرة الاكيد انا فريت الين 11:30 وكانو فاتحين وهذا شيء نادر هنا الاغلب يقفلون بدري مررة

Exceeds my expectations.
Pros:

5 min walking to aya Sophia mosque in trabzon.
Burger king & Turkish restaurants are 3 min. Walking .
View from terrace restaurant in 7th floor is marvelous.
I arrived @4.30 am & they give me my room to relax& change my clothes.
Room is spacious & exceptionally clean with comfortable bedd& mattress and 4 bottles of water daily supplied.
Alot of public transfers like dolmish(small buses) and busses pass near in front of the hotel .
I liked the hotel too much & strongly recommend it .

Thanks to all staff especially. The receptionist who gives me the room @ 5 am to relax ..beautiful Turkish girl .
