Não gostei de nada, não conseguimos ficar na acomodação. Felizmente nosso pedido de cancelamento e reembolso foi atendido pela equipe.

O quarto estava sujo, encontramos cabelo na coberta e dentro do frigobar, solicitamos o nosso reembolso e saímos do hotel no mesmo dia do check-in. O quarto tinha paredes sujas, não tinha box no banheiro e se quer um lugar para pendurar toalha.
