Amazing hotel. We had a beautiful view of a beach full of sea lions and the pool area and hot tub were great. Staff was amazingly helpful with great recommendations for things around the island.

Best vacation of my life!

Everyone MUST experience the Galapagos once in their life.

I recommend booking with Agora Tours. Alicia is based out of Isabella and she made us an exceptional itinerary!

And the BEST HOTEL on San Cristobal is Indigo Galapagos!!

Great hotel on San Cristobal, facing the pier with great viewing of the sea lions. The location is great, it’s not right in the center of the busy part of town but just a five minutes walk. Everyone that we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Daniel at the pool bar, Melanie at breakfast, Bruce at reception and Stward at dinner.

I stayed with my family and it's a dream hotel. Erica at reception is the best thing the hotel could have; she's always smiling and helps you with anything you need. She knows a lot about the history of the island and its surroundings. The food is fantastic, although the service is a bit slow, especially since the gentleman in the suit doesn't speak English, which can be a little difficult. Try the lobster; it's incredible.

Very nice Hotel, clean and tidy. Stayed over weekend, the common areas such as the bar and swimming pool were somewhat colonised by a number of families which dominated these areas, not a show stopper but a little consideration and policing would’ve made it a lot more comfortable, although appreciate this is a somewhat delicate task for staff to enforce that being reviewed negatively. Everything else lovely, nice location in a very pleasant and simple area of the world.

Easily the best hotel on San Cristobal. Best location and easily accessible to the marina where most tours come out of. Lots of restaurants near by

The Hotel Indigo Galapagos was truly a breath of fresh air! This place is so much nicer than I anticipated! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, and the amenities were very nice! I would definitely recommend this place and hope to get back here soon.

A wonderful relaxing atmosphere with a small but lovely pool overlooking the beach with sea lions. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Probably the best hotel in San Cristobal.

If you are looking for a best stay in Galapagos this is it! Best hotel, service and location! Can’t beat this location in the Malecon.
Erica and Bruce in the front desk are some of the most cheerful and helpful people I’ve experienced.
We will return and stay here again!

On site restaurant was very good and convenient. Spent a lot of time in the pool watching the sea lion drama and the harbor activity.

What an incredible hotel and experience. We sat on our balcony and for hours enjoyed the seals and fauna of the area. Jasmin and Jonathon and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. We look forward to retuning at some point to this beautiful hotel and spot on earth.

We chose Hotel Indigo in the Galapagos for our wedding and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Rooms have great views, great amenities at the hotel, great food, extremely high attention to detail, and delightful staff. Would highly recommend and our guests had nothing but great things to say about the place.

Rooms were clean and super nice. Seemed like a very new/modern hotel. The view from our room was stunning and breakfast was very good. Would 100% come here again. The hotel is also in a nice location and it’s easy to walk around town or down the path to the beach.

Jose was an excellent server — friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our meal. He made great recommendations, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everything was just right. His positive attitude really added to our dining experience. Highly recommend asking for Jose if you visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
