Would never stay there again. But the beach is pretty
Pros:

Pool was nice. But it was like a motel. And expensive for what it offers.

Cons:

The restaurant has not much. And there was no room service as advertised. The food was bad and the service was a joke

Regreso sin dudarlo. El único pero es que en Punta Pérula no hay restaurantes, unos pocos y malos, menos variedad, así que valdría apostarle a que el menú de la misma carta, incluso, sea excepcional. Me explico, la carta es básica pero no es ese el punto, sino el sazón que es simple, no impresiona. Con el mismo menú podrían ofrecer una buena experiencia. Ejemplo, poner pimienta al pollo de chilaquiles. Más cilantro a la salsa verde. Manteca al frijol de las enfrijoladas, o sofreirle cebolla, o cocerlos con epazote, por ejemplo. La buena comida, cena, falla en Pérula, por eso que el hotel se luzca sería un plus.

Hotel lindo, debe mejorar servicio
Pros:

Obviamente el hotel es lindo, siendo la zona de la piscina la más recomendable, y de los mejores en Punta Pérula. La cosa es que también pagas más que en otros, y se exige más, donde no da la talla. La iluminación del cuarto tiene mucho por mejorar..

El servicio de la parte de restaurante fue mediocre. Al entrar (ya abierto) un día estaba una dormida y la otra con el celu, y luego ya "trabajando" se les olvidaron muchas cosas. Al día siguiente en el desayuno, mejor, pero tienes que pedir y repetir cada cosa (que si el cubierto, que si la leche..).

El Hotel es muy bonito y de facil acceso a la playa, el oxxo a un costado y la plaza principal a 3min en auto.
Las habitaciones son agradables y bien equipadas, tienen todo lo necesario para cocinar si es tu plan. Las camas son muy comodas, 10 de 10.
La alberca está muy agradable y limpia, se esmeran en cuidar el agua y las areas.comunes.
El hotel ofrece desayuno incluido, el sabor es normal, podria mejorar. No hay servicio de comida, pero puedes moverte a una palapa en la playa y pasar la tarde fuera.
El único detalle malo que observe es que tienen unos botes de basura muy pequeños en los pasillos y alberca, entonces se llena de latas de cerveza y no tienen el cuidado de retirar la basura, eso da mala vista pq se ve todo tirado alrededor.
Tal vez podrian tener botes mas grandes en puntos específicos de la alberca para evitar el cumulo de la basura.
Y les falta darle una barrida y trapeada a las terrazas, la señora.solo limpia el cuarto y baño, pero se olvidan de la terraza.

Pros:

Nos encantó, es muy bonito y tranquilo, silencioso, agradable, limpio. Se duerme delicioso. El mar cerquita, la alberca preciosa, rica comida. Cuidemoslo mucho los que hagamos uso de esas instalaciones. Gracias por todo!

We had a f-ing incredible time and wish we could've stayed another week at least.
Pros:

Just an amazing place. I've stayed everywhere in Perula and down that way and this was the best by far. Really nice pool, great breakfast.

And ok place to stay for a night or two. Super soft bed if you like that! Nice location
Pros:

Updated look, nice deck to enjoy sunset, close to beach, easy check-in and out, close to restaurants. We walked everywhere from the hotel so central location was great.

Cons:

The bed was really soft so we really sunk into it
Not enough hooks to put wet things. Needed a comfortable place to sit at the end of the bed since the suite is large enough to allow for that. The TV was small so not enjoyable to watch from bed. Refrigerator was so loud had to un plug it. The restaurant next door is fine but the service is so slow abd they literally gave me day old coffee. No elevator. A warmer pool would have been nice. Needed to have side tables by bed with reading light.
