Please note that the hotel does not accept credit card payments. The full cost of the stay must be paid in cash on arrival.

Guests intending to arrive after 17:00 need to contact Gasthof Müller in advance.

The meal that guests can book on a half-board basis (see policies) is a 3-course dinner.

Please note that there is a discounted price for the extra bed (children up to 12 years old), if it is booked for at least 3 nights when staying in a room with 2 paying adults.

Pros:

Parkplätze standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ansonsten war es o.k.

Cons:

Das Essen fand ich als zu teuer, beim Frühstück musste man sich dranhängen, um alles zu bekommen

Cons:

Niet goed schoon gemaakt (op het balkon lagen zelfs nog lege drink blikjes. Asbakken waren niet schoon gemaakt). 2 matrassen op het 2 persoons bed die verschillende hoogten hadden. Ontbijt was karig, dat ook niet op de juiste tijden weer aangevuld werd. Daar moest om gevraagd worden

De kamers enorm oubollig. Vieze lakens.
Op terras lagen lege blikjes drinken, er stond een overvolle asbak en vuile koffietassen...
En dan het ontbijt! Ronduit schandalig!
Eerste ochtend, echt broodjes van de dag ervoor of van de dag daarvoor! Kaas of hesp... 🤷
Tweede ochtend ontbijt zelfs niet genomen en naar de supermarkt gereden om ontbijt zelf te halen.
Ik ben geen klager!
Maar hier! Hier zien ze me nooit meer!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Gute Lage (ruhig, nähe Skigebiet Schlossberg), leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal, kostenlose Parkplätze, großes Zimmer mit Balkon (ca.30 m2) konnten gegen geringen Aufpreis später auschecken und vormittags noch Ski fahren⛷️👍

Pros:

We zijn er één nacht geweest. We hadden een kleine kamer geboekt, maar kregen een grotere. Het hotel is antiek ingericht, maar prima voor één of twee nachten. Er is een bushalte voor de deur richting het centrum van Winterberg, slechts 6 minuten met de auto. De plek is heel rustig, met een mooi uitzicht, een goed ontbijt en gratis parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

De vloer van de kamer kraakte een beetje als je liep, te vroeg uitchecken, maar verder was alles prima.

Für eine Woche Biken in den Parks der Umgebung genau das richtige.
Pros:

Das perfekte Frühstücksei! Nicht hartgekocht wie sonst in allen Hotels, Pensionen oder Frühstücksetablissements.
Betten prima, Sanitär sauber.
Sonst wohnen im Retroumfeld.

Cons:

Chef, jammer nicht.

Stay away from this hotel. Not recommeded.
Pros:

The weather was great and the snow was nice….(it has nothing to do with the hotel, though)

Cons:

On the first day, we came down at 8:05am for breakfast that was supposed to start at 8am, but it was not ready. No one could be called on and the breakfast room was dim. Two other guests who were waiting there before us, eventually left without having breakfast. The breakfast was only served at 8:45am.
The owner also charged both a 5-month infant and a 2 year old toddler for half the price each, which were not the price shown on the booking.com, nor is the charging on infant a common practice. We had asked for the price three times to make sure we did not misunderstood the pricing.
The owner explained that he usually offered at least three days of stay, and he was already making an exception for us, and thus he has to charge on the infant and toddler.
He gets agitated towards the end and said this is his hotel, not my hotel, that he can charge whatever he likes. He also shrug about the difference in price we saw on booking.com (230 EUR for 2 nights for 2 adult & 2 kid) and he thinks we have only ourselves to blame for not call in to check with him. We eventually paid 354 Euro for 2 nights, plus 8.80EUR tax.
The entire hotel building is full of cigarette smell, including the non-smoking room we stay.

Pros:

Wer keine allzugroßen Erwartungen hat, ist hier gut bürgerlich aufgehoben. Einrichtung und Räume aus den 70er Jahren. Gut für ein bis 2 Übernachtungen.
