The stuff were absolutely amazing
I pay to have access to all the facilities . If I’m booked in the hotel am I not allowed to have access to the pool deck with my own snack, beverages etc ?!

The room was way to cold, even with the aircon off
The room is fine. One lady receptionist was very kind and helpful to arrange our transportation
Less than 3 mins after my partner left the room to arrange for taxi; a suspicious person in hotel uniform knocked on the door and handed me three batteries, saying 'You said you have less of this' , but I have not asked for batteries. The room service lady had came to give me some extra tea bags 15 mins earlier, at our request. I felt that they knew I was alone in the room. I closed the door and felt unsafe.
