Cons:

They have to improve on cleaning our room, we leave the room at 8:00am and hung the “please make me up” sign but when we arrived at 2:00pm no one entered the room to do cleaning they always do that I don’t know if they don’t have enough cleaners or what they have to change that it’s been years sleeping there but always same thing no.

It was so exceptional until that incident

Security guard who completely disregarded what I tried to explain to him when he was giving the uber that was waiting for me a hard time. He totally made me feel like what I wanted to say was useless and did not matter. Very dismissive, tried to report the matter twice to the front end manager but he never bothered to come here my story until we checkout. That was the only downside
