Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

When we checked in there was no Bath towels, after 3 requests the bath towels were sent. Floors in room were feeling sticky. Also the grout is very dirty in the showers.

Expected better from Radisson as it was my first stay with them.

Generally okay, but the breakfast experience was poor!
Pros:

The rooms and general facilities were fine.

Cons:

There is clearly very poor or no oversight and quality control at breakfast. I took bread from a basket on the breakfast counter and only later saw that it was terribly mouldy. I was told it came from a display basket, but why would you have mouldy bread and tongs to pick the bread in a display basket....and why would it not be marked.
General service at breakfast was underwhelming.

It doesn’t seem like there’s a hotel in South Africa that can serve a proper cup of coffee at breakfast time. This was no exception to that rule.

Pros:

Beautiful and close to most things. The hosts were wonderful from receptions to the restaurant, securities and all.
