Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, y en esta estancia el personal no preparó mi factura y checkout como pedí la noche anterior y me confirmaron que harían, teniendo que pasar más de 15mins a las 4:30am donde tenía un vuelo interno e iba muy justo de tiempo

Expected more from an expensive hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived after 2pm. We booked 2 rooms and was told the one was ready which I gave to my clients. We were told to come back after 3pm but that our room would be upgraded. When we got back at 3:15 the room still wasn’t available so they gave us another room which was a downgrade again. Very poorly managed.
