Convenient location and parking for our visit, and proximity to good restaurants. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure. Received a pleasant room upgrade for part our party.

Cons:

Service at the pool bar was slow, and servers seemed confused about how to handle payments for guests staying in the hotel - insisted I pay immediately rather than charge it to the room

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Excellent location and direct entry into the mall.

Cons:

Only 1 person was available at reception at the time of check-in - Even though the lady did her absolute best.
